Ulasan Phoenix Pavilion Hot Spring Hotel

Kamar ber***a Jepang yang apik menanti, bak mandi kecil berisi air panas belerang putih. Penginapan yang menyenangkan untuk meredakan semua ketegangan setelah perjalanan panjang seharian. Hotel ini agak jauh dari kawasan komersial Xinbeitou dengan berjalan kaki. Namun, mereka menawarkan layanan antar-jemput dari stasiun MRT ke hotel dengan komunikasi WhatsApp sederhana. Tidak ada lift yang tersedia di hotel ini, mungkin tidak nyaman untuk pelancong kelompok lanjut usia; tersedia layanan bagasi. Pastinya penginapan singkat yang hemat biaya + berkualitas!

Hotelnya sangat tua. Kamarnya besar dan bersih secara keseluruhan. Namun, ada bagian cermin yang berembun seperti bekas telapak tangan. Hal terburuk adalah isolasi suara yang buruk. Saya bisa mendengar mereka berbicara, memindahkan koper, suara tv. Kamar mandinya bersih tetapi air panasnya tidak stabil. Meskipun saya tidak suka peralatan lama dan isolasi suara yang buruk, saya harus mengagumi kesopanan dan pelayanan mereka yang baik.

Cocok untuk perjalanan bersama pasangan. Bisa menelepon hotel atau WhatsApp ke hotel untuk mengatur penjemputan mobil van dari stasiun metro.

Overall good, the shuttle service I think goes until 10 or 11pm but they were kind enough to be flexible with me when I came exactly at 11pm to the station. Make sure you communicate with them in advance. I emailed them and then added their WhatsApp to do so. Worst case you can walk from Xinbeitou station but it's up a hill. Everything was clean, room was spacious, view was nice. There's a local breakfast place that's a 10 min or less walk you can search on Google maps. There's some drink places and restaurants etc closer to the station.

very old hotel, no lift for guests, no hand washing soap next to the basin, the common stairs were very dirty, you have to walk the stairs to the room. Terrible breakfast, no bacon and eggs. The soy drink had a lot of added sugar but the taste was like water add sugar! No towel mat next to the bath tub to dry your feet. The check-in was allow at 7pm. Very disappointed with the breakfast!!!

Beautiful and spacious place, the half-open hotspring felt really relaxing. You can feel the cool wind from nature while soaking in a warm tub. Very nice place for a short weekend getaway. Will definitely return again!

Friendly and helpful staff, nice onsen, room is clean. Overall a very satisfied staying before we leave Taiwan.

Our child just finished competing in the 2024 Olympics and finally got to join us for a family vacation. We were lucky enough to find this hotel that offered a wonderfully quiet and pleasant stay.

Clean, near the nature, friendly staff. Walked around 15mins from the metro station. They also provided shuttle.

Travelling with 3 young kids. There is not much activity for kids, but the location is perfect, very near to hotspring. we booked the room with a hot spring bath in the room so the kids basically enjoy swimming in hot spring water inside the toilet. One bad thing is there is no elevator. You need to climb stairs to your room, but the front desk will help to deliver your luggage to your room. The coffee next to the counter is perfect, and the best part I like was the shuttle bus service to the nearest township.

This a sweet little family run hotel with private hot spring tubs in your rooms should you stay the night. The place may be retro and a blast to the past however it is well maintained, clean and tidy. The free shuttle near to xinbeitou station is a lovely addition for hotel guests however the stroll down to town is relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel receptionist and management is friendly and cheerful which also makes for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately there are no beautiful views out the windows and the vegetarian breakfast seem to end well before 10am. The breakfast lady had unapologetically packed up by 9.30am .... but no matter. There is still alot of food in town. Otherwise a wonderful relaxing base for adventures in the vicinity.

Phoenix pavilion hot spring hotel was amazing! Due to big luggages we have, they upgraded our room for free to a larger room, the room has a private onsen room 🤩🤩 Hotel also provides car shuttle services from 10am -10pm that fetch you to Xinbeitou MRT station which is just 1 station away if you would like to head to Beitou which is very convenient, by foot it’s about 10 mins back to the hotel if you’ve surpass the shuttle services. Highly recommended! 酒店房间超美的 ！

Location is uphill, approx 20 mins walk from the nearest mrt station. But dont worry, they offer a free pick up and drop off from and to the nearest mrt. Vegetarian breakfast is included
