Jaraknya sekitar 5 menit dari Air Terjun Niagara, jadi transportasinya nyaman, tenang, dan stafnya sangat ramah. Namun, masih ada beberapa potong pizza Papa John dan kotak pizza di laci kamar. Mungkin staf tidak membersihkan apa yang dimakan tamu sebelumnya. Maksudku, aku hanya membersihkan bagian yang terlihat dan tidak memasukkannya ke dalam laci. Sangat tidak menyenangkan.

酒店環境不錯，早飯也挺好，種類還可以，還有游泳池，停車不收費，靠近瀑布，旁邊的飯店也挺好，離**也挺近，

還不錯，希爾頓的典型酒店。夏季是瀑布城的旺季，價格不用巴望會優惠。室內游泳池就是一個小pool，適合小孩撲騰。

酒店位置挺好的，到大瀑布和山巖島也就10來分鐘走路就可以過去，沿線也很美麗，早餐不錯，性價比很好，是一個不錯的選擇

Nice and comfortable stay. Breakfast was good, room was clean and hotel wasn’t too busy. Easy parking and access to activities.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.
The staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in early which we really appreciated.
The breakfast was lovely and the room was nice. We loved the hot drinks in reception. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking more Hampton inns in the future.

Only stayed one day but overall the room was clean and everything was good. Only issue was that I tried turning up the room temperature heat because was chilly inside the room but don’t know why temp wouldn’t go up. Other than that room was good.

The toilet wasn’t flushing so they told me they can give me a plunger to see if I can fix the problem. That was the summary of what Rhonda at the service desk told me with her rude attitude.
I didn't come to the hotel to fix there plumbing issues. I had to leave the hotel without even knowing where I was going to spend the night with my one year old.

Everything was perfect. I wanted a hotel near to where I work. I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is wonderful and so are the staff members.

My toilet wouldn't flush from the time I got there. The girl at the front desk said she couldn't do anything. Because she was by herself. She said she would have maintenance come in the morning. I went out all day. I came back and the toilet was still not working. The girl at the front desk was very rude. Told me she would give me a plunger. I did not pay for a hotel room to have to fix their toilet. She begrudgingly changed my room.
I have never been treated like they could careless about me.
I now put Hampton Inn in the same category as a Motel 6. A cheap motel I would never stay in.
