Hotel Pemandian Air Panas di Yufu

We had a great 2 nights stay at this Ryokan. Location was near Yufuin Floral Village, and around 20 mins walk from Yufuin JR station. It was a nice walk to Yufuin JR station as there were many shops and eateries that you can visit along the way. Alternatively, there is also bus 36 from Yufuin but terminal that would stop near to the ryokan. The staff were really outstanding, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a couple of them rushed to help us with our luggage and to also shelter us from the rain. During the entire stay, they made us feel very welcomed. The Western/Japanese room that we booked was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. Note that this is a 2 storey living area - level 1 had a bathroom with private indoor and outdoor onsen as well as the living room, while level 2 had a toilet (w/o bath) and 1 western bedroom as well as 1 Japanese bedroom. There are 4 public onsen in the ryokan. 2 for female and 2 for male. They would rotate it during the day and night to allow everyone to try out the different onsen. We also had our breakfast and dinner at the ryokan as part of the package. The dishes were different on both days. The spread was huge and food tasted great. Note that there are very few places open at Yufuin during dinner time.

Layanan yang mereka berikan luar biasa. Saya suka bagaimana seluruh tempat ini diatur sedemikian rupa agar orang-orang dapat berbaur. Saya berharap bisa tinggal lebih lama dan mengobrol dengan orang-orang. Sayangnya, saya pikir itu bukan musim puncak jadi tidak banyak orang. Pemiliknya murah hati dan ramah, orang-orang yang tinggal di sana adalah orang-orang yang baik hati. Pemiliknya menyanyikan lagu country road untuk semua orang yang pergi di pagi hari, sangat menghangatkan hati dan membuat mata berkaca-kaca terutama ketika saya bertemu dengan pasangan tua yang luar biasa dari Kagoshima saat sarapan yang dibuat dengan luar biasa. Area umum, yang merupakan ruang makan, memiliki pemandangan luar yang indah, dan kota utama yang sedikit menyala di malam hari dan interior yang didekorasi dengan indah. Rasanya seperti di rumah. Saya juga menikmati onsen dalam ruangan. Bagian favorit saya adalah musik klasik yang diputar di latar belakang, dan betapa mudah diaksesnya, seperti halaman belakang. Jika Anda tinggal di sini, kembalikan perbuatan itu dengan menjadi tamu yang baik.

Hotel surroundings and cleanliness was top notch. Dinner and breakfast set were amazingly tasteful and filling. Food served was fresh and served based on our eating pace. All the staff are all well versed with English and friendly with our request. The onsen itself was great but the entrance to the men and ladies onsen was just next to each other. Ladies privacy could be easily violated as the main door was the see-through type. We were not feeling quite comfortable with the entrance layout.

第一次到由布院，謝謝雅格拉為我們留下美好的回憶…… 先說優點…，即便返回台灣已經2週，仍對雅格拉和由布院念念不忘！服務人員親切，其中有一位外籍工作人員 英文非常流利！溝通很順利。房間空間雖然不大，但保持著日式古樸的氛圍，我個人很喜歡！連保險箱都還是木製鑰匙鎖！很有趣！家裡長輩也很融入。總共房間不多，因此還保有私密感，很驚喜！溫泉的部分 因為天氣太冷，房間內露天的湯池我沒有嘗試，但大眾湯池還不錯！最最最重要的是 他們家的餐點太優秀了！ 我們續住兩晚，每天都能品嚐到不同款式 精緻又美味的餐點！第一天是燒肉，第二天火鍋，肉品、烤魚、日式涼菜 完全沒有雷（納豆除外，只是不習慣而已）！連長輩都讚不絕口！走的時候買了好幾包他們特製的味增回家！乾煎魚排的時候搭配 太好吃了！！所以每天最期待的就是用餐時間！餐點是我住過的溫泉旅館中的top！給予五星評價！ 優點說完來說缺點，由於我們有包車，所以交通于我們而言並不是問題，但如果是自己搭大衆交通出行，可能會比較不便，在山上的位置距離由布院鬧區有段距離，開車大概5～10分鐘。其次房間內沒有提供飲水，我們每天早餐時間都會拿著水壺請工作人員幫我們裝滿再帶回。最後就是大衆湯池的部分，由於我們一家有5位女性，人數較多，都會乾脆一起去洗浴，發現的問題也較多！例如 梳理的地方只有一台吹風機！沒有提供毛巾，必須從房間帶，還要再帶回去；沒有提供飲水，泡澡結束後口渴就回房間再補充水分；沒有暖氣，所以一出浴場非常冷！穿衣服要盡快，我們有長輩、有嬰兒要照顧，更加要速度……甚至還有日本人在裡面使用手機！這個我真的很不解！只能用蹩腳的日語請她收起來，這是連我們都知道的常識……所以我們後來就決定晚一點再去大眾池，大概8：00過後就幾乎包場，順利了一些，也留下很特別的回憶！ 以上是分享，如果下次還是單獨自由行，還會想回到雅格拉，但如果有長輩和小寶寶，建議還是選擇浴室在房間內的比較方便！總歸來說還是很值得的！謝謝雅格拉親切的招待！
