Staf membantu yang sangat menyenangkan. Saya tiba setelah tengah malam karena penerbangan saya tertunda tetapi saya disambut dengan senyum dan semua pertanyaan saya dijawab. Di pagi hari saya menikmati sarapan yang luar biasa enak sebelum berangkat untuk mengejar kereta pulang. Nilai uang yang fantastis. Saya akan menggunakannya lagi jika saya bepergian ke atau dari Gatwick. Terima kasih

After a long flight, I checked into my room and realized that my bed sheets and pillow covers were filthy, and there was a used towel in my bathroom. I had to go to the front desk at 1 a.m. to complain so they could change the dirty bed sheets and pillow covers. It was the worst experience ever.

Perfect choice for rest over the night, before( or after) your flight.The price was cheap compare with another hotels closer( 87,5, with breakfast included).The hotel has 24/7 pub at groundfloor and also shuttle bus who run every 20 min for only £4/pp. For my early flights from Gatwick airport Travelodge it will be my favorite accomodation.

It's far from city. But highly connected. If you travelling to london city by bus then it needs 1.30 hrs. Rooms, food service are excellent.

Great location. Receptionists were not friendly. But great food and the Gatwick Hopper was very useful.

A comfortable room, friendly staff. Needed to take the hopper bus to/from the airport as too far to walk, but a regular service.

Great access (bear in mind there is a regular 4.50GBP bus service running from Gatwick airport to and from the hotel, no need to pay for a taxi) to the airport, clean, quiet, tidy, great breakfast - small issues from me: shower curtain rather than a screen, no fridge in the room, no phone to contact Reception if needed, uncomfortable pillows (details matter!) but otherwise ideal for what it is. Good location for runners (country lanes with off-road pedestrian paths for two miles so great for me).

Had a good stay, only thing that concerned me was there wasn't any option to adjust the temperature for the shower

Standard Travelodge, though the ladies on the reception were very polite and helpful during check in, even with a large volume of people

vey bad experience i never had before!!! 1. There is no hairdryer in the room. You need to go down and ask the staff to get one. 2. Someone opened our door in the middle of the night? Really scary! The hotel staff didn't give any explanation!!! It’s is really scary! 3. The air conditioner in the room kept sounding even if it was turned off. I finally fell asleep and was suddenly awakened by the noise! Not recommended! Even if you need to take the flight in the early morning!

I came in at night for a stay over . I walked to the premium inn for a bus to the hotel which cost £4.5. The check in process was smooth and easy, there is always someone at the front desk. The room itself is quite spacious with TV , kettle, tea and a heater. There is a 3in1 shampoo body wash and hand wash for shower. Towel was ok but stained. The breakfast is typical full English breakfast buffet style with range of choices on bread and cereal. The cafe bar is comfy and have plenty of seats. The food is of standard but quite a few of the plates were not properly cleaned. Overall I would say it is ok to stay in.

The breakfast is quite good, and I really enjoyed! The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Was greated with a smile everything explained to us like facilities and meal times, was offered a ground or higher room which was clean and quiet breakfast was tasty and lots on offer something for everyone can't wait to stay again
