When we opened the door, the kittens in the quarantine manor also came in to hide from the rain. They were very cute. The staff greeted us warmly and upgraded us to a suite."

"Memilih hotel ini karena sangat dekat dengan Terminal Gatwick Utara, hanya berjarak 2 menit berjalan kaki. Saya check in dan pertama kali diberi kamar, saya masuk dan kamarnya sama sekali tidak dibersihkan, handuk berserakan di lantai, tempat tidur tidak dirapikan, dan botol-botol dibuka di atas meja. Saya kembali ke resepsionis dan mereka sangat baik dan meminta maaf, mereka dengan ramah memberi tahu saya bahwa mereka telah meng-upgrade kamar saya dan meminta maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya. Kamar baru yang saya dapatkan tampak sangat mirip dengan kamar yang saya bayar, tidak yakin apa saja upgrade-nya, tetapi setidaknya kamarnya bersih kali ini. Dari segi harga, harganya memang sangat mahal, tetapi kebersihan hotel ini kurang, tetapi lokasinya terbayar. "Wonderful place! We really loved our time here, even though it was only for a day! If we didn't have a flight to catch, we would have extended our stay. The house is in an excellent location, beautiful area, easy walking distance to pubs, restaurants, and cafes. Very close to the airport, which made taking our flight the next day an easy and stress free process. The Lawn has an interesting history, and they provide a lovely folder in the room which explains it all, while also including any information your might need for your stay. The room itself is cosy, clean, and full of charming touches. Breakfast the next day was also a treat. Quasim and his wife are so friendly and made sure our stay was as nice as possible."
