When we opened the door, the kittens in the quarantine manor also came in to hide from the rain. They were very cute. The staff greeted us warmly and upgraded us to a suite."

"The floor of the room is made of wood, and the soundproofing is average, but I slept with earplugs and it didn't affect me; the breakfast was simple, but the front desk gentleman was very enthusiastic, greeting me every day and answering all my questions; there are several restaurants within a three-minute walk, and a supermarket within five or six minutes; there is a bus stop four minutes after turning right when you go to the airport, and it takes about ten minutes to get to Gatwick Airport, which is very convenient."

"Memilih hotel ini karena sangat dekat dengan Terminal Gatwick Utara, hanya berjarak 2 menit berjalan kaki. Saya check in dan pertama kali diberi kamar, saya masuk dan kamarnya sama sekali tidak dibersihkan, handuk berserakan di lantai, tempat tidur tidak dirapikan, dan botol-botol dibuka di atas meja. Saya kembali ke resepsionis dan mereka sangat baik dan meminta maaf, mereka dengan ramah memberi tahu saya bahwa mereka telah meng-upgrade kamar saya dan meminta maaf atas ketidaknyamanannya.
