Ulasan OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

No complains but the unit facing to the street is not acceptable. It got busy with the grocery trucks from 5am.

On Waikīkī Beach, close to everything you need, and great service. Thank you Outrigger Reef!

Location is great! Hotel is quite new. There’s a Starbucks and ABC stores at the lobby. Staff are friendly. Pool is great too.

This is my second visit to outrigger reef. I have been there 15 years ago.After renovation they loose some hawaiian bibe. The beach became narrow.

Had a lovely one night stay here after a flight cancellation. Staff were friendly and welcoming and got us checked in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed spending the day by the pool and the gorgeous beach situated behind the hotel.

Wonderful Resort! It is in a great location and was beautifully appointed. Entertainment each night and excellent food in the restaurant. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to look after us. Arrived at 6am, after a 10 hour flight and we were able to check into our room and use all the facilities. All round Great Atmosphere for couples and families.

Outrigger Reef was well worth the stay!! Our view was amazing and just steps away from the beach.

Very good location, in the center of Waikiki. Wide rooms. Breakfast service was time-consuming and lacked diversity. Pool area a bit confusing and the beach in front of the hotel with little sand area comparing to other main areas of Waikiki beach.

Great 4 star hotel with beachfront access. Rooms are very decent for a 4 star hotel, roomy with good amenities. Beach sand is a bit rocky, not great for swimming. Location is very close to everything you want, Trump Hotel is next door, so you get the picture.

우리 가족은 내 생일과 결혼기념일을 맞아 여러 호텔들과 비교하여 이 호텔이 최고의 선택이라고 생각하며 기대감과 설렘을 갖고 호텔 발렛의 환영으로 도착했다 그러나 친절하지 않은 프론트 직원에게 가족동반이므로 같은 층과 옆방을 요구했으나 거절당해 딸아이들과는 먼거리로 다른 층과 각각 방배정을 받았다 우선 내방에는 미리 퇴소한 사람들의 음식이 냉장고에 가득 남아 있었고 욕실 바닥은 머리카락이 있어 다시 청소를 요구했다  복도에 위치한 얼음 기계가 고장나서 결국 아래층까지 왔다갔다하는 번거로움으로 인해 다른 방으로 교체 했으나, 새로운 방은 엘레베이터 옆방을 배정받아 방음이 안되어 작동 할때마다의 소음과 무엇보다 토일렛 물 내리는 소리는 참을수가 없을 정도로 굉음이었다 또 바꿔달라고 요청하기가 어려워 그냥 참기로 했다 더 문제는 딸아이의 방이었다 새벽부터 떠들고 노는 옆방의 아이들과 침대커버의 이물질으로 인해 또 다른 방으로 교체했다 그러나 배정된 새로운 방은 더 최악이었다 새벽에 윗층에서 들리는 드릴소리가 계속나서 잠을 잘수가 없어서 매니저와 경호원이 방문했다 우리 가족은 쉴수가 없었다 깨끗하고 편안한 호텔이었더라면 아주 훌륭한 여행이었을텐데 그러지 못해 아쉬웠다 우린 이 호텔을 결코 친구들에게 소개 할수가 없다

酒店在威基基，酒店直通海灘非常方便，後幾天升級正面海景房，絕對物超所值，在大陽台上看見了海龜和日落美景，樓下abc超市，星巴克出酒店就是市中心，購物出遊都非常便利。

房間是新翻修過的，從房間陽台看出去的景色簡直哇塞。酒店樓下有海灘，走路三分鐘就能到達waikiki購物中心，買東西很方便，個人認為在waikiki海灘上屬於鬧中取靜的地方。 酒店本身有租車的地方，因為honolulu停車費太貴，於是選擇其中兩天租車，這樣在樓下直接能夠租比在機場方便很多！
