Peaceful location within an easy reach from shops and restaurants. Very clean and good beds. Was pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast and the cute view from the breakfast room’s windows.

Hotel bastante céntrico ha solo 5 min del centro de andarles la vella. La instalaciones limpias y se respiraba tranquilidad. Aunque por la mañana se escucha el tráfico, ya que está en un calle importante. Lo que deja mucho que desear es el spa, pequeño solo 2 tipos de sauna y un jacuzi. Que si tienes que compartir es muy incómodo. Por lo demás, está bien.

El servico perfecto tuvimos un problema con la reserva i se soluciono con todo tipo de atenciones por parte del director, Tambien nos dejo la plaza de parking sin cargo i la sesion de spa sin cargo.muchisimas atenciones incluido el desayuno.Todo perfcto por parte del SrAitor.perfectisimo.

The hotel is located on the road and the air is very dirty, full of exhaust fumes. The hotel will surprise you with additional charges, most of which are not mentioned anywhere. In other words, you can't fully rely on the information provided by the hotel. The hotel's website says that parking is included, but doesn't say that there's a surcharge of €20/day. This is very misleading. Also, the parking is small and far way from the hotel, so you need to go uphill for 250m (this is the nearest one, see photo). It's terrible if you are with a relatively big car. NO electric charger. The spa is not guaranteed (based on availability) and only has a sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. The sauna is OK, but again, I paid extra to use it for 45 min, and you have to book a day in advance, which is not very convenient. Breakfast is OK. Dinner is not good value for money (€23 for a meal without alcohol, and you have to pay extra for some dishes, so it ends up being about €40 per person). We had a room with a view of some slum (see the photo). Other rooms face the street. Don't know which is worse :) The rooms are OK, and it's fine for a 3-star hotel, but the price definitely does not match the value.

We regret that we did not meet your expectations, but we see that there is a general pattern with products that are of interest to you which involve additional charges. Indeed, we inform guests that we have private and exclusive parking for the hotel, but at no point did we state that it was included. You have two options: outdoor parking for €15 per day or covered, enclosed parking for €18 per day. Regarding the spa, the 45-minute circuit includes the hammam, jacuzzi, and sauna at no additional cost. Should you wish to extend your time or have a private jacuzzi, there is an additional charge. As for the restaurant, the €22 per person dinner does not include drinks (whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and some dishes from a very extensive menu do have supplements, such as a 350g steak made from 100% Andorran beef. It is not an all-inclusive restaurant. We regret that, despite being in the very center of Escaldes-Engordany, next to the river with a recently renovated environment, you perceived it as a "slum." We stay just one night. For Andora, was okay. The best thing was the rooms, big size. The restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay. The worker try to do the job. The pool , the parking was located outside from the hotel. Was not a room service. The rooms with clean, and spa was good. In a general , was good for four stars hotel.

This hotel was perfect for me and my family. Cater well for Coeliacs, everything is labelled on menus. We paid extra for parking and this was only a short walk from the hotel in a secure location. The centre of town is only 5 mins walk to great shops/bars. We stayed half board, excellent value for money. The staff work super hard, it was full when we stayed & at times there needed to be more staff on duty to take the pressure off those working as it resulted in food being cold a couple of times, despite the waiting staff working so hard to accommodate all the guests. The evening menu was good and catered for all tastes. Breakfast was plentiful offering cooked and cold options, you can even have Cava if you fancy a tipple first thing! Being Coeliac they understood fully and they were exceptional at catering for me. The bar serves Daura GF ale and it’s excellent value. It was an easy drive to Encamp for the cable car up to the Grandvalira ski range, lots of parking. Soldeu was also easy to reach by car with easy parking and direct access to a cable car from Club Hermitage. We booked time in the spa on arrival, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna, very relaxing and a great way to ease aching muscles after a hard days skiing!

Excellent value for money, Fantastic staff, Wonderful Breakfast, Superb location ' Great rooms and free Spa 100meters from the main shopping mall. Staff have excellent language skills as i only speak English no question was to hard.

We spent one night in Andorra during a trip mainly to see Barcelona. I chose this hotel because it was a good price, has a spa area and offered parking. The half-board option was also convenient so we wouldn't have to spend extra time deciding on a restaurant for dinner. It worked out really well! Check-in was a breeze and we learned upon check-in that our reservation included time in the hot tub in the spa area. We were expecting to have to pay extra for that, so it was a welcome surprise. Our room was spacious enough for one night and included all the amenities we needed (shampoo, soap, etc). The room faced a rushing stream which was perfect white noise during our sleep. We normally use a white noise app on our phone, but it was not needed this time. The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable. The spa area was nice and we enjoying hanging out in the hot tub after walking around the town for a bit. Our reservation included half board. Dinner was from a fixed menu, but there were some good options to choose from and our meal was tasty. The server was not super friendly, but efficient. Breakfast had good options and variety and we were fueled up perfectly for our drive back to Barcelona for the rest of our trip. Parking is available for an extra fee in a lot down the street from the hotel.

Une petite semaine en amoureux idéale pour ce ressourcer ! Un accueil chaleureux et un personnel au petit soin ! Un spa sympathique et des soins dispensés par la souriante et professionnelle Christina ! Demi pension 👌 au top. Petit déjeuner complet et dîner de très bonne qualité !

Desde hace ya algunos años que solo me alojo en este Hotel sin duda alguna. Lo tiene todo , zona tranquila, habitaciones cómodas y amplias, desayuno excelente, parking privado cerca del hotel , parada de bus al lado para moverte si quieres con comodidad sin coger el coche , piscina termal al aire libre en verano y una atención muy agradable y profesional de todo el personal. Muy recomendable

Mi tercera vez excelente hotel en general habitación amplia y cómoda el trato del personal excelente destacar Adina de recepción, Cristina del spa, Carlos y Gonzalo del restaurante así como a todo el personal del hotel camareras recepcionistas y personal en general muchas gracias calidad precio Excelente ya estoy pensando en mi cuarto viaje

Habitación muy pequeña no se podía pasar por al lado de la butaca, cama de matrimonio pequeña también. Cuarto de baño anticuado. Servicio de recepción bastante malo. Se oferta como con piscina que en realidad es como una piscina municipal que había hasta esplais de niños. Y el spa ya me dijeron que solamente es un jacuzzi y dos saunas que no esperarán nada más. Decepción total

Le informamos que hay diferentes categorías de habitaciones, en las cuales somos muy cuidadosos en detallar los servicios e instalaciones acompañadas de imágenes para que, al momento de reservar, sepa perfectamente cual es la de su interés con el diseño, equipamiento y confort que espera. Reservo una habitación estándar y lamentamos que al momento de reservar no se cerciore de que está reservado exactamente y de esta manera, no sea una sorpresa para usted al momento de hacer el check-in. La categoría que le recomendamos son las matrimoniales deluxe en donde encontrara el diseño y amplitud que espera. Por otor lado, le informamos por si puede ser de su interés, que iniciaremos una reforma integral de estas habitaciones para crear unas master suites con jacuzzi. En relación al spa, en el circuito de 45min dispone de un jacuzzi, sauna y hamman pero adicional por si puede ser de su interés, disponemos de cabinas para hacer tratamientos o masajes y un jacuzzi privado con cava y chocolate adicional por si fuese de su interés. Efectivamente informamos por todas la vías que están a nuestro alcance, que nuestra piscina termal exterior está a 200 metros del hotel y que está abierta al público en general pero si no esta alojada en nuestros hoteles, deben pagar entrada para acceder a las instalaciones.
