🤣We have a pleasant 😂stay in this hotel .😂
😇Good:
1. The room is not so big, but it is very clean.
2. The bed cover and pillow cases are without any scent and very white
3. There are free bread and coffee on the 2nd floor of the building for breakfast
4. There are some sports machines in an open area beside the breakfast tables on the 2nd floor .
5. There are washing machines and dryers in the back of the 2nd floor where you can insert the coins if you need to wash the clothes .
6.There is a kettle in the room where you can boil thecwater .I found out the kettle is very clean.
7.The housekeeping staff are very nice.

1.Some times I call the front desk from the room or outside the whole day ,it is not reachable .They are completely busy
2The reception table is so low and there is a long table where 3 personal work there.It is so open .
.Once the other clients showed their passports,I d cards /personal cards that required by the personal ,other clients, and can see them .Lack of privacy .
It is good that respect each clients and protect their personal information when registering .
3.I saw one female personal gave the personal documents to the clients, the front of the documents are handed to the clients .The personal is trained to respect the privacy of each clients and faced down the documents to give back the personal documents to the clients .
4.2 to 3 personal have good performance ,the rest reception personal need to be hard working to be trained .As it is by the Regel Hotel .The standard should be much better 😉

It is very close to subway. Staff is very polite. Room is small but well distributed. Attention they don’t provide towels, just the packaged disposable towel. For solo traveling is good enough.

There are many excellent local food options near the hotel. Although the room is somewhat small, the prthat ice is reasonable. The only problem is that it takes around 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower.

The interior decoration of room is well thought, especially for the charging hubs, temperature control is well designed. Hotel shuttle is a good arrangement however the driver is exceptionally rude and unprofessional, speeding for multiple times in a 5 minute journey and talk about other customers behind their back over walkie talkies.

I traveled to this hotel few times before but I will base my comparison/review on last time in Sept 2023. Overall the hotel is really nice and amenities are good but the level of service has dropped significantly since my last stay. The check in/check out times can be up to 90 minutes, the staff is very slow and there and not a lot of stations to check in during “rush” hours (12/15). The staff clicks endlessly on their keyboard and nothing comes out of it.
Since it was Chinese valentines I wanted to surprise my gf with some flowers - the reception staff said it’s impossible because you need to book flowers two days in advance and the florist is closed. In a hotel with this many stars I expect better solutions. They offered some sweets later but in the end I had to search for the florist myself and buy the flowers.
I booked massage on the day of departure for two persons 90 mins (around 3500 hkd) and the only time available was 11.30. So I asked at the reception of the possibility of late checkout - the lady said and I’m quoting “you can checkout in the morning”. I was astonished. I asked to confirm the possibility with manager. The hotel called the spa to confirm if I’m not lying and reluctantly agreed to late checkout. Last time when I was in that hotel this wouldn’t have happened. The staff reception is rude and robotic. Maybe expect Sera which was great.
The staff at the gym greeted me with “hey man” - I expect at such hotel to be welcomed “good morning sir” or such I’m not your friend but a customer. During the massage the masseuse was laughing when I started snoring a bit - awfully unprofessional. Room service is quick and the food portions are large but the it tastes bland. Room are quite clean but the smudges on the windows weren’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay.
Overall I have to rethink if I ever want to come back again.

The stay was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had a stunning view, as shown in the picture. The facilities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Disappointed with the service of shuttle bus, the hotel doesn’t put the timetable on the website and location for pick up from west Kowloon station. So we have to take a metro train to the hotel. Unfortunately the Google map didn’t direct us very well, took the longer route to get to the hotel from the Sung Wong Toi station. Also after 6:20pm there is no shuttle bus from Kowloon hotel at Tsim Sha Tsui back to hotel. I uploaded the screenshot to timetable for anyone who wishing to stay this hotel.
The room is not spacious but this is HK. The hotel will not provide any toiletries and water. You better to bring your own shampoo, because we notice after using their shampoo we got dandruff :(
The house keeper service is good, they are very polite and accommodating your time to clean the room.
We didn’t have the breakfasts at the hotel, there is lots of local pastry shops and cafe near by. Try some local bakery you won’t regret it. Also 7/11 is only 1 minute away from the hotel which is very convenient to get water and snacks.
There is a self cleaning laundry service opposite the hotel, very cheap and easy to use if you have octopus card to pay for it.

Size of room and beds were good. I booked 3 days, but on the second day, when I returned to hotel at night, dirty water was found coming from the upper level through an air hole, like a small waterfall, making the corridor and my room's toilet wet. After reporting to front office, staff responsed fast and changed another room for me.

A short stay in HK and the Hotel location is reasonably close to 2 MTR stations. I would recommend to use the To Kwa Wan station due to easier to navigate. The bed is comfortable. Lots of food options around but make sure you have dinner early. Most places closed at around 9 or 9:30pm.

GGuest User- Excellent location, on Nathan Road, next to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, near Temple Street, you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui or take the metro (2 stops).
- There is security at the entrance of the building.
- Very clean and cleaning ladies pass daily (unless you do not want them to).
- Small, but functional. You have hot water for shower, Internet and water boiler, as well as enough place to open your luggage.
- Guests having a smartphone with WhatsApp or WeChat might be useful to communicate with the hotel.
- Overall really good value for the price.

GGirl vs globeThe receptionists are kind got a late checkout .. the hotel facilities are very old . It’s not a very comfortable place to stay both outdoor environment and in side the room ; but on a budget it works fine . The towels smelled of very strong bleach and they’re worn out . They are using very old towels heavily applying chemicals instead of replacing new ones. … I was there and no one came to clean the room. The space is small but that’s not uncommon in hongkong.
