Everything was on point, the room was so neat, corridors perfect restaurants neat and kept 😍 reception very welcome and nice swimming pool awwwww u will love it and lastly the staffs knows their jobs paaaa. I loved the place . Thank you 😊

this place had the best unexpected views and experiences. Food was good, staff helpful and friendly. It's huge too. About 300 rooms... Different ones for different pockets. We are definitely coming here at Chris**as!

This hotel resort sucks! I hope to never stay here again. Beds are extremely hard. Outlets don’t work. Refrigerator and safe don’t work. Food isn’t great. Highly disappointing for the cost to stay!!!!

Special thanks to Governor for his prompt response and action to ensure me and colleague were ok. I love their local dishes: boiled cassava and garden eggs stew. Overall responsiveness of the front desk can be improved.

The view from the hill was amazing and the pool so clean. The rooms were very musty. I had to open up the windows for quite a while to freshen it up. The lights went off and the generator picked up nicely, except that the generator was outside our windows and it was 4.30am. At breakfast, on one day they had no butter and on another no jam! The gym was not available one morning because the gym instructor had the day off. I think the owner needs to get a close friend, or carry out mystery shopping to get some feedback.

Excellent customer service experience awaits you at the huge nice looking reception. Clean secured rooms with lovely service and the best food you can ever have in the Volta Region. Nice driveway for a morning walk experience crowned with the gym session to ensure your fitness whilst you stay as a guest. Just experience it in style.

Amazing place to have your peace of mind, I recommend this place 1billion x, the staff are very respectful and friendly customer service is very good, the GM of this place is amazing, they literally take of you.

I’m very much surprised that the largest hotel in Ho could be this bad. Their food is terrible. I was given a room with no working air condition for two nights. I will never ever recommend to anyone ever

Fully paid a month in advance with ********** but it didn't mean anything. They pretended they didn't are my reservation because they already sold my room and were completely booked. I had the 3rd party forward the reservation they they finally can't say they don't have it. So then I'm told they haven't used ********** (*******) since Covid so that's 2 years but as of today this property is still listed on their site. Anywho they wanted me to stay at a worse hotel for the same price, didn't happen, I got a refund. Customer service does not exist here. I had to call the 3rd party myself bc they wouldn't and they pretty much gave up on me and I had to keep the interaction alive. One front desk person was on her phone texting while this is going on. They truly didn't care, even spoke to "manager" on the receptionist cell phone. They were true scammers telling the 3rd party they received the confirmation and I would be checked in while not communicating anything with me hoping to take my money and not provide a service. If you are able to check in early with cash you might be good to go but honestly the hotel wasn't updated it just had a great location. Dealing with incompetent staff, long wait time may not be worth the price tag. Truly disgusting experience.
