The receptionist are not nice.

Ended up not staying. Once I got there, they told me that the room's electric is broken. They receptionist is at least helpful (despite the situation) and tried to get the driver. I need to transfer to their partner hotel. Thanks to Trip.com and their other hotel as well.

Hostel was overbooked and they redirected us to another hostel with a small and dirty room. No elevator to the top floor. Do not recommend.

It's ok if you're staying for just 1 night. I chose this hotel because my regular go to hotel was fully booked and I was only staying for 1 night before flying off.
The room that I stayed in looks old and the TV was not working and there were no towels given and there was no hair dryer.
I know for the price that I am paying, I can't ask for much. But I can easily get a better hotel room with this little amount of money.
