The hotel is one of the best in the area, but it cannot compare with five-star hot spring hotels in China. It is a very small pool, and a large text indicates that it is not recommended to take a bath for more than 20 minutes. A hotel package with three meals a day is a better option, but the quality of the three meals can only be enough to satisfy you, not good. The room is brand new and must have been renovated not long ago. The front desk is full of elderly receptionists with strong accents and difficult to understand English. Generally speaking, it is recommended to stay here.

A very cost-effective hotel. Accommodation also includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffets with a wide variety of options. Unfortunately, the hot spring facilities are under maintenance, otherwise it would be perfect. In addition, the curtains are too narrow to block the light, and I hope it will be improved.

Very good. We have been there many times. Thermal pools are new and very nice. The rooms are newly decorated and beautiful. Food and drinks are at a solid level. In the last two years, they have raised the level of accommodation. We are satisfied with the staff and cleanliness. The saunas are nice.

The organization of the reception in the hotel is excellent. Room are clean. Restaurant work is good. What overshadower the rest is the operation of the elevators. Wellness area is great.The hotel is not far from lake Heviz

We got exactly what we asked for and that is a disappontment: in Ensana hotels we always got a room upgrade or some other surprise. Not now. The place is too big, not a bit personal, waiters and other staff just worked as robots, nobody ever spoke to us. They were unmotivated. The staff in the restaurant just took away the plates&cutlery without talking, without giving us another one. The room had a lot of insects, harmless, though. The biggest problem is that there is no place to put&dry your wet clothes, so they are moist next day. Breakfasts and dinners werefine, the lunch was average. Good point: the two electronic playing tables. There is one small playroom for kids, but ours didn't like it much as it was too small and uninteresting. The playroom we saw on photos looks much nicer - where is it? The small kids' pool is good, our kiddo liked it. There are a lot of baby-friendly toilets, too. It is a pity that now they do not give you a lunch on the day of arrival&checkout. And the opportunity to bathe is also cancelled on checkout day. So we had a nice time, but we still felt disappointed. Mixed feelings.

We just finished our stay at this hotel and we had a really good experience. We stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms which was nice, clean and comfortable. The food was beyond amazing, we were pleasantly surprised and the wine was delicious. We had the all inclusive package, which I recommend. We also got a massage there - great experience. Staff was helpful, they speak english very well so se had no problem communicating. The wifi was fast. Hotel has lots of activities for everyday - aerobics, fitness, morning workouts, daily trips organised which you can join, live music on some evenings.. Hotel is a very short walking distance to Heviz and the lake Heviz, we visited both and had a great time. To Balaton is a 10 min drive. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Balaton Area, and we definitelly Will be coming back.

We have been coming to this hotel for years and we always like it! The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent as always. The renovations were not too disruptive. The thermal water was just not the same as usual for several days and that is why we love coming! It was only two days before we left that it was like it used to be! But another lovely stay!

The hotel has a new name Ensara. The building itself is old, pretty shabby. The rooms have old plumbing, but it works properly. The SPA area is large, two thermal pools with different temperatures. The procedures included in the package are not enough for full treatment, so be prepared to buy more. The restaurant is all inclusive, but don't be fooled. The range of dishes is the poorest. For breakfast, the assortment is constant and does not change from week to week. And most importantly, there is nothing to choose from. And I would like to highlight the audience separately - they are mostly locals. They gather in groups everywhere - in the corridors, in the pool, in the restaurant. At the same time, they make a very loud noise, fuss, and talk loudly. Like from a wild forest. In general, not a 4* hotel, but some kind of booth. I went specifically during the low season, hoping to relax and get treatment in silence - alas.

Впечатления о поездке в Ensana Thermal Aqua положительные благодаря СПА и первоналу. Мы были с супругой и маленьким ребенком. Жили на пятом этаже. В отеле, как мы поняли, сделали реновацию номеров, ремонт, скажем так, очень бюджетный, удивила стеклянная дверь в ванную комнату, которая ударялась об унитаз при открывании, ночью когда вы идете в туалет и включаете свет, освещается весь номер)) не ждите двуспальной кровати, будете спать на сдвинутых односпальных, проваливаясь носью в дырку между кроватями)) Спалось очень плохо на матрасах, они очень мягкие, куда-то проваливаешься, и утром болит спина. Уборка в номере была, скажем так, имитацией, даже при заселении в ванной на полу была пыль и чьи-то волосы на полотенцесушитиле. Большой минус - постоянная жара везде: в номере, ресторане, СПА зоне... хотя это было начало марта, спали с открытыми окнами, не помогало... отрегулировать температуру в номере нельзя. Вопросов к работе рецепции, как при заселении, так и при выезде нет, все четко и приятно. Один момент был при бронировании, цена на Booking была дешевле, чем через сайт отеля напрямую. Супруга написла письмо c вопросом о возможной скидки от цены на Booking, если бронировать в отеле напрямую. На что ей ответили, что нет, и что она может бронировать через booking, если ей там больше нравится))) Спасибо за разрешение, как говорится)) Парковка платная, около 8 евро в сутки. Самые приятные впечатления: полностью новая СПА зона, все чисто и работает. Хорошие сауны, чистые простыни. Два бассейна с термальной водой. Так как мы были с ребенком, детская зона с двумя бассейнами нас тоже порадовала. Из большого минуса это центрифуга для отжима, которою поставили в комнату матери и ребенка. Это большой минус отелю, кто до такого додумался, я не представляю. Мы с маленьким ребенком в эту комнату не попадали , потому что там устроили гардеробную, гости ходят туда обычно парами отжимать свои мокрые плавки и там же переодеваются. А вы с ребенком, которому надо поменять памперс или покормить и тд, должны ждать. Есть так же в отеле детская игровая комната, мы там часто проводили время с нашим ребенком, в общем хорошо. Отель кормит по системе все включено, скажу откровенно это конечно не Турция или Египет, но голодным вы не останетесь, для нас было главное это конечно качество еды, все было в порядке и вкусно. Очень удивили вкусные десерты - большой как раз выбор и ассортимент, вкусная выпечка. Из минусов, ресторан отеля требует ремонта и замены мебели, в ресторане было душно и жарко, наверно кондиционирование тоже не работает или требует замены. Понравилось, что всегда было можно взять воду с собой в номер. Наш ребенок спит дневной сон как раз когда был обед, и супруга подошла к директору ресторана с просьбой можно как то решить эту проблему, и он оказался очень милым и приятным человеком, разрешил на столе оставить еду и позже приходить и кормить малыша, предупредил официанта. Мы ему очень благодарны. К сожалению, один раз в ресторане нас ждало разочарован

Siamo stati in ferie presso questa struttura nella terza settimana di agosto. Il posto è molto bello e si trova vicinissimo allo splendido lago termale di Hévíz. A noi ci hanno dato una camera al quinto piano, con vista verso il parco, moderna e molto pulita. Le piscine termali dell’hotel sono inserite in un rigoglioso parco, dove si può anche trovare la graziosa club house per i bambini, con una bella piscinetta tutta per loro. Colazione, pranzo e cena sono sempre state buone, il tutto poi accompagnato da un servizio di All inclusive veramente ottimo. Il personale è sempre stato molto cortese e solerte, in particolare vogliamo ringraziare molto la Sig.ra Erika, del Guest Relations, che ci ha tanto aiutato per un problema con il nostro bambino. Per quanto riguarda i dintorni di Hévíz, oltre all’ omonimo lago, ci sono tante cose da vedere a cominciare dallo splendido Balaton e le sue pittoresche cittadine costiere. Consiglio, infine, questo hotel anche a chi si vuole solo rilassare o riposare, in quanto, dato i buoni servizi che offre vale veramente la pena soggiornarci.

die Zimmer sind komfortabel und zweckmäßig mit Balkon ausgestattet, ein Lob an die Küche wir waren 11 Tage vor Ort und es hat immer ein sehr gutes Frühstück sowie Abendessen gegeben vom Buffet da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten, sehr leckkeres abwechslungsreiche Mahlzeiten mit sehr freundlichem Service......... Sehr angenehm sind natürlich die Wellnessangebote vom Swimmingpool über den Saunabereich sowie die Thermalbäder, darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen großen Hydropool zum Schwimmen und Wassermassagen über die das Hotel verfügt. Nicht gefallen · eine Kleinigkeit fanden wir schade da wir Raucher sind würden wir uns wünschen noch eine weitere Smoking Area wäre vorhanden gewesen.......... ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder............
