The organization of the reception in the hotel is excellent. Room are clean. Restaurant work is good. What overshadower the rest is the operation of the elevators. Wellness area is great.The hotel is not far from lake Heviz

We got exactly what we asked for and that is a disappontment: in Ensana hotels we always got a room upgrade or some other surprise. Not now. The place is too big, not a bit personal, waiters and other staff just worked as robots, nobody ever spoke to us. They were unmotivated. The staff in the restaurant just took away the plates&cutlery without talking, without giving us another one. The room had a lot of insects, harmless, though. The biggest problem is that there is no place to put&dry your wet clothes, so they are moist next day. Breakfasts and dinners werefine, the lunch was average. Good point: the two electronic playing tables. There is one small playroom for kids, but ours didn't like it much as it was too small and uninteresting. The playroom we saw on photos looks much nicer - where is it? The small kids' pool is good, our kiddo liked it. There are a lot of baby-friendly toilets, too. It is a pity that now they do not give you a lunch on the day of arrival&checkout. And the opportunity to bathe is also cancelled on checkout day. So we had a nice time, but we still felt disappointed. Mixed feelings.

We just finished our stay at this hotel and we had a really good experience. We stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms which was nice, clean and comfortable. The food was beyond amazing, we were pleasantly surprised and the wine was delicious. We had the all inclusive package, which I recommend. We also got a massage there - great experience. Staff was helpful, they speak english very well so se had no problem communicating. The wifi was fast. Hotel has lots of activities for everyday - aerobics, fitness, morning workouts, daily trips organised which you can join, live music on some evenings.. Hotel is a very short walking distance to Heviz and the lake Heviz, we visited both and had a great time. To Balaton is a 10 min drive. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Balaton Area, and we definitelly Will be coming back.

Siamo stati in ferie presso questa struttura nella terza settimana di agosto. Il posto è molto bello e si trova vicinissimo allo splendido lago termale di Hévíz. A noi ci hanno dato una camera al quinto piano, con vista verso il parco, moderna e molto pulita. Le piscine termali dell’hotel sono inserite in un rigoglioso parco, dove si può anche trovare la graziosa club house per i bambini, con una bella piscinetta tutta per loro. Colazione, pranzo e cena sono sempre state buone, il tutto poi accompagnato da un servizio di All inclusive veramente ottimo. Il personale è sempre stato molto cortese e solerte, in particolare vogliamo ringraziare molto la Sig.ra Erika, del Guest Relations, che ci ha tanto aiutato per un problema con il nostro bambino. Per quanto riguarda i dintorni di Hévíz, oltre all’ omonimo lago, ci sono tante cose da vedere a cominciare dallo splendido Balaton e le sue pittoresche cittadine costiere. Consiglio, infine, questo hotel anche a chi si vuole solo rilassare o riposare, in quanto, dato i buoni servizi che offre vale veramente la pena soggiornarci.

Wir kommen schon Jahre in diese Hotel , und es gefällt uns immer wieder!Zimmer war sehr sauber. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend .Essen wie immer ausgezeichnet . Der Umbau war nicht sehr störend. Nur Das Thermalwasser war mehrere Tage nicht das selbe wie immer, und wegen diese kommen wir so gerne!! Erst zwei Tage vor unsrer Abreise war es wie früher! Aber wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt!!

die Zimmer sind komfortabel und zweckmäßig mit Balkon ausgestattet, ein Lob an die Küche wir waren 11 Tage vor Ort und es hat immer ein sehr gutes Frühstück sowie Abendessen gegeben vom Buffet da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten, sehr leckkeres abwechslungsreiche Mahlzeiten mit sehr freundlichem Service......... Sehr angenehm sind natürlich die Wellnessangebote vom Swimmingpool über den Saunabereich sowie die Thermalbäder, darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen großen Hydropool zum Schwimmen und Wassermassagen über die das Hotel verfügt. Nicht gefallen · eine Kleinigkeit fanden wir schade da wir Raucher sind würden wir uns wünschen noch eine weitere Smoking Area wäre vorhanden gewesen.......... ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder............

У отеля новое название Ensara. Само здание старое, изрядно потрепанное жизнью. В номерах старая сантехника, но работает исправно. СПА зона большая, два термальных бассейна с разной температурой. Процедур, входящих в пакет для полноценного лечения не достаточно, готовьтесь докупать еще. Ресторан по принципу «все включено», но не обольщайтесь. Ассортимент блюд наискуднейший. На завтрак ассортимент постоянный и не меняется от недели к неделе. И главное -выбрать не из чего . И отдельно хочется выделить публику - в основном это местные. Они собираются кучками везде -в коридорах, в бассейне, в ресторане. При этом очень громко галдят, суетятся, громко разговаривают. Как из дикого леса. В общем, не отель 4*, а балаган какой-то. Ехала специально в низкий сезон, в надежде отдохнуть и полечится в тишине -увы.

Отель не соответствует 4 звездам, максимум - 2 звезды. Первое впечатление - шок, который сложился в устойчивое негативное мнение. Вас встречает отвратительный запах тухлых яиц (это запах термальной воды), который проникает во все комнаты, даже на 6 этаже. Отель считается kids-friendly и pets-friendly, что несовместимо с понятием СПА. Дети в уличной обуви прыгают по столам и диванам, лают собаки, в холле курят!!! Это не отель. Это называется совсем по-другому. В первый день с поздним прибытием в 22 часа для меня "забыли" приготовить ужин, несмотря на предварительную договорённость. Напомню, что стоимость одного дня составляет 120 евро. При этом вы не получаете ни обед и ужин в первый день, ни завтрак в поздний день. Это наплевательское отношение к клиенту. Такова политика владельца отеля, который заботится только о собственном обогащении. Понятие уборка номеров здесь вообще отсутствует. Для уборки необходимо вывесить за дверь специальный знак, но его запросто могут игнорировать. Странное предупреждание о насекомых наводит на мысль, что здесь водятся клопы. В этом отеле экономят на всем: на туалетных принадлежностях (выдают только шампунь, хотя в четвёрке должен быть и кондиционер, и шапочка для душа, и зубная щетка и паста), даже на туалетной бумаге. Чай, кофе, питьевую воду также забывают пополнить. Полотенца меняют только по настойчивому требованию. Ковровое покрытие изношенное, грязное, затертое до дыр, кое-где закрыто заплатками. Уборку пылесосом вообще не производят. Ресепшионисты не говорят по английски и не желают решать возникшие проблемы. Хуже сервиса сервиса я не видела. Питание в так называемом 4-звездном отеле очень скудное и однообразное, из самых дешёвых продуктов. На завтраках гостям часто не хватало еды, выстраивались очереди людей с пустыми тарелками. Попадались протухшие продукты. Будьте осторожны с ветчиной, сосисками, рыбой второй свежести! Фрукты часто немытые, подпорченные или просто несъедобные - тут не поймёшь, это муляж или давно забытый элемент украшения интерьера. В all inclusive присутствуют самые дешевые вина по цене 1 евро за литровую бутылку. Это для тех, кто пьёт все, что горит. В отеле Ensana Thermal Aqua испорченный отдых вам гарантирован!

Allow me to respond to your reviewed points: * Our venue's star-classification is being rated by the Hotelstars Union, an association which rates hotels in 20 countries in Europe, from the Baltic states to Belgium, from Sweden to Malta. The last supervision was in October 2022, and our hotel is being awarded with the 4-star rating again. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the quality of our services. * The hotel has its own, certified healing water source which is the very same water that you can enjoy in the city's thermal lake. It indeed has a distinct sulfuric outpouring which can occasionally be felt throughout the venue. We do not filter sulfur from the water as it would compromise its healing properties, hence its distinct odor is indeed present. * As for the cleaning, we introduced a tiered cleaning system since the COVID pandemic for the safety of our guests and our staff. Guests can indeed choose from various cleaning levels (eco, full, no cleaning) by placing the appropriate door hanger outside until 10:00 AM. I can assure you that our colleagues do not disregard these hangers, our housekeeping protocol actually has strict documentation requirements to record the cleaning requests. We are sorry that this solution did not gain your approval. * Toiletries and coffee + tea are being refilled once per day, unless our guest requests otherwise. Towel change is also on demand (there is an information leaflet about it in the bathroom), which is a widespread international ecological practice in the hotels to save water. * Pets are allowed in the hotel's premises against extra fee and with restrictions where they can enter. We also conduct extra cleaning after their departure in the rooms. * Our venue has kid-friendly services, including holiday programs, kids'-corner and a separated pool with attractions for children. We also have designated family hours in our pool area. All areas are separated from our treatment rooms and areas to ensure the relaxing stay of both groups. * All of our colleagues at the front desk speak at least 2 out of the foreign languages of English, German and Russian. * Smoking within the hotel building is completely forbidden, we have smoke detectors in the public areas and hotel rooms to enforce this policy. We have 2 designated outdoor spaces for smoking, these are the only areas where out guests can smoke. * Your arrival was after 10 PM, our venue's restaurant is open until 9 PM. We prepared a complimentary cold plate into your room, as due to hygienic reasons we cannot leave hot meal in your room unattended. Breakfast on the departure day and lunch on the arrival day is indeed out of the boundaries of the all inclusive catering due to the standard check-in and check-out times.
