When we got to Nikolas Villa it was early hours of the morning. Our room was all prepared beautifully for us. Very clean all round and excellent facilities. The equipment for self catering was ideal. The staff were very helpful when we needed some help. The setting of where Nikolas Villa is perfect the grounds are looked after well. The pool area is clean and the pool is looked after well too. The bar is well stock and the food serviced is very good. Location for getting around perfect. A lovely relaxing place to stay.

Really a wonderful hotel. It was quiet, nice and clean. The staff gets the absolute highest rating, sweet and friendly and good advice about beautiful waterfalls. Close to the city, where there are plenty of shopping and dining options.

Nothing to do except laze by the beautiful clean pool, drink cold beer, relax, have a snack(very reasonable prices). Read a book listen to music and generally get away from everything Two excellent restaurants just down the road towards the beach. Tarantella food is excellent and very friendly and relaxed, YAMAS is a little busier and has Greek dancing which is interactive and fun and I normally don't like this sort of thing. Turn left and walk up the hill and in 10 minutes you are in Kouloutoufari a lovely village. I have mobility problems but managed the hill(slowly, with rests in a couple of apar**ents on the way up for'refreshments'! At the bottom of the road you can pick up the bus to Agios Nikolas or Heraklio or get the bus along to the Port. If you're looking for slides and entertainment don't book here, if you are looking for relaxation, lovely staff and a base for everything that is around, what are you waiting for?

The apar**ent was spotlessly clean. The grounds are lovely, as is the pool area. A short walk down to star beach and uphill to koutouloufari. Plenty to do and see in the local area. Great value for money.

Le top rapport qualité prix rien à dire un personnel aux petits soins et d une gentillesse. A notre arrivée en taxi on nous attendez on nous a amenés nos bagages dans notre appart et avons pu boire un verre au bar et rencontré flo qui est adorable. Les boissons sont bonnes les cocktails aussi. L appartement que nous avions absolument parfait au RDC avec les jeux juste en face pour notre fille avec 2 terrasses une grande coté salon et une autre plus petite côté chambre. A cette période mois de mai parfait très peu de monde du calme le ménage fait tout les jours. Mais surtout l emplacement idéal a 5mn d un supermarché et a 10mn de tout plage restos etc.. 10j fabuleux on reviendra sans hésiter

Na 16 dagen zijn we net weer thuis na een top vakantie. We werden warm ontvangen door de broers en hun familie waardoor wij ons meteen weer 'thuis' voelden. Het appartement was lekker ruim, schoon en met airco. De schoonmakers komen elke dag langs en kletsen in vrolijke griekse woordjes tegen de kinderen. Beddengoed en de handdoeken werden meerdere malen per week vervangen. Uit de keuken komen lekkere ontbijt lunch & dinergerechten. Onze favoriet was de clubsandwich! Voor een lekker koud drankje kun je hier ook terecht. De homemade Sangria gemaakt door Manos is een absolute aanrader. Vriendelijk bar personeel en een gezellige bar. Meestal haalde we in 'Manos Supermarket' lekkere verse croissantjes of andere broodjes en ontbeten we op ons eigen balkonnetje. Aan het zwembad was er altijd een plekje in de zon of schaduw te vinden. Een kleine speelweide met nieuwe schommels was ook erg leuk voor onze kinderen van 4 en 7 jaar. Zeker een aanrader om hier met kinderen of partner te komen!

Heerlijk kleinschalig complex gerund door 2 broers. Max 2 verdiepingen hoog,allemaal met balkon of terras. Erg schoon. Mooi zwembad, geen handdoekleggers. Mooi verzorgde tuin. Rustig! Geen groepen jongeren. Strand, winkels, restaurants op loopafstand (lichte helling)

Nette en schone appartementen waar we al een aantal jaren komen. De appartementen liggen centraal tussen Chersonissos en koutouloufari. Eigenaren en personeel heel erg vriendelijk. Heerlijk zwembad waar genoeg bedjes zijn met een leuke bar waar heerlijke drankjes en hapjes kan bestellen. Ook is het mogelijk om elke ochtend te ontbijten, maar liever in het appartement ontbijten dan dichtbijzijnde supermarkt Manos boodschappen doen.
