This hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but its 3 stars. The beds are uncomfortable. There is no tea making facilities in the room. The rooms are not cleaned for the duration of the 4 nights we were there. The staff were not very friendly. The area is nice a quiet and away from BudaPest. We travelled to Austria and Croatia from there. The people in Hungary are very unhelpful and I think ******. When we went to Austria and Croatia, everyone was willing to stop what they were doing to help us. A lady on the tram in Vienna without asking offered to show us around. A guy at the youth office opened longer than he would have to let us use the toilet and direct us. The guy at the tram station showed us how to get tickets and get round. I can go on. But people in Hungary are ****** to the point we stop a police officer and he clearly told us in plain and clear English that he doesn't speak English....what????? So I would not recommend Hungary as a country to visit if you are black. Breakfast is the same everyday 🙄

The hotel is bad maintened an the staff rude. We had booking made by our local partner to whom they usually give good price rate but the reception over charged us with 30 Euro more/room. The rooms are basic, no hygiene articles in the rooms, minibar empty and not at least a courtesy bottle of water un the rooms. And, cherry on the top of the cake, after paying 120 euro/single room in a so called "4 star" hotel, we were informed that the slippers cost 500 forints... I would not rate the hotel in the actual state more than 2*. It used to be better years ago but it is not anymore. Food is not best quality and the drink are overpriced. I stayed here a several times before Coronavirus but definitely the hotel changed in bad in the last 3 years and it is to expensive for what it is now. I will not return ...

Beautiful Hotel with delicious restaurant! The entrance is wide and the bar opens to the brand New garden whirlpool, sauna and pool! Perfect stay for couples or families, easy parking in front of the building. Personal very polite, cleanliness over all top!

Hotel is good but the bartenders are exellent! Istvan and Norbert are unbelieveable! We had a fantastic fun nights here. They are made fantastic coctails and gave so much fun for the gests. We will come back again for shure. Thank you Pisti and Norbi! 5 stars!

Again the issue with free parking on site - guaranteed by hotel under reservation. Parking was full and I've been informed that I can use garrage (surcharge) or park on the street (for free - great option). Finally after far too long conversation they allow me to use garage for free. However mixed feelings after that will stay with me - that was second time when I had unpleasent chat in this hotel about "free parking". It means that's their unofficial policy.

Warm and pleasant environment within the hotel grounds.
Staff are mostly friendly and all made an earnest effort to communicate in English as my Hungarian was still developing.
Really far out from all amenities if travelling by public transport.

Starting from check-in everything was absolutely incredible. I booked for king size bed and only when I reach the hotel I realized that the structure has king size bed only in suite rooms. So extra paid for upgrade. Position of hotel is absolutely out of the world. In order to have taxi you should wait at least 45 mins. During my stay of 5 days nobody came and clean my room even I asked for 2 times. And no cleaning, only change towels and remake my bed with same sheets I sleept the day before. Internet connection is not existing and when you connect device, every 2 mins you have to re-establish the connection. A la carte Restaurant brings you dishes from buffet and charges double price (I saw with my eyes) and if they say me that is not true I can share also videos. Air conditioning in room not working. The hotel doesn’t have laundry service not even you want to have iron service. Second day of my stay, my macbook charger is disappeared magically from my room and nobody knows nothing.
Only positive note was the staff. All guys did their best to cover structure problems and I appreciate.
