Relax Inn Henryetta

I stayed at this lousy motel; actually, it would not qualify as a dump, in my opinion on June 28, 2024. I really made a mistake when I went through a hotel consolidation call center. I thought I had paid to stay at the Days Inn. When I walked into the Days Inn the person at the check-in counter said I must be talking about the Relax Inn next door. So, I went next door to find out that was in fact the motel I had paid for through the hotel consolidation call center. There are many issues about this place. I will point out a few. I was told there was a pet fee, which when I paid for the room was supposedly paid through hotel consolidation call center. That turned out not to be the case. So, I had to pay an extra $15.00. This place did not have any breakfast included with the expensive cost. The person that checked me in said “just go across the street to McDonald. I do not frequent any fast food places---period. The room had a very bad smell. The floor was dirty. The bathtub was filthy. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. I was told by the hotel consolidation call center that my money was not refundable because of the “great price” I paid. So, I did not attempt to ask for my money back. The wife and I actually got very little sleep because of the condition of the room. Any and all places that I can give a view I intend to I will. I check one star only because the review would not post without checking one of them. I would have given a minus five if it was possible.
