Ulasan Clarion Hotel Mestari

Excellent customer service and good location. Huge thanks to Constantin ( hope the name is spelled accurately) and his colleague ( another male counter staff) for their patience and consistent assistance during our stay. The room was clean. And one can walk to the main attractions by walking.

The hotel is located very close to the central station with many restaurants and cafes in the surroundings. The facilities are very new and clean. However the rooms are not quite like the pictures, the standard double room we booked is so small that we can only open one luggage at a time and we ended upgrading to another room type. It's not a big difference in terms of money but we feel scammed and the perception isn't great. Another thing when we tried to use the sauna their staff told us we needed to pay for it and book a session in advance (at least two hours in advance I believe), which no one mentioned before not even when we check-in nor printed anywhere in the hotel. Overall the hardware is og high quality and I'm quite happy with it, however, the software in terms of service and communication has plenty of room to grow.

Great new hotel in the centre of the city. Perfect design, really good breakfast.

Good hotel. Hope the got more discount. If I visit Helsinki again will choose this hotel

很推薦的一家酒店，房間洗手間很大。 配了桑拿房。離kamppi很近，地理位置很好 服務也不錯 對比holiday inn的早餐，會更豐盛一些，總體挺推薦

房間小！真的小！很小！我的行李箱才20存，衹能放在角落裡打開。如果放在走道，就沒有走路的地方了。真的很小！！！ 整個房間裝修，傢俱都顯得很典雅，很高檔，床品很好，枕頭被子很舒服，尤其是被子，我好像還沒用過這麼舒服的被子。 離康皮9走路兩分鐘，方便坐地鐵去任何地方。

離商場Ka***i很近，離火車站和在Stockmman的LV店都是10分鐘的走路路程。酒店房間裏有燒水壺和茶、咖啡。地下一層有健身房和桑拿（分男女時段）以及行李存放室。早餐不錯，第一次嚐到類似肉鬆一樣的熱食。就是房間的枕頭有點油齁味，可能是我對味道太敏感了。

在這次旅行中，我選擇入住了一家本地知名的酒店。從進入酒店大堂的那一刻起，我就感受到了無微不至的關懷和服務。整個入住體驗讓我感到非常舒適和放鬆，讓我對這個城市的好感倍增。 酒店設施齊全且乾淨整潔，每一個細節都體現出品質和用心。從舒適的床鋪、乾淨的衞生間到貼心的房間服務，都讓我對這個酒店讚不絕口。尤其是那柔軟的床墊，讓我在旅途中得到了極好的休息。 酒店員工的服務態度非常好，他們熱情周到，始終以客人的需求為出發點。無論是在辦理入住手續、客房服務還是餐廳用餐時，都能感受到他們的專業和熱情。這種無微不至的服務讓我在陌生的城市裡感到了家的温暖。 此外，酒店的位置非常便利，周邊交通發達，方便了我遊覽這個美麗的城市。而且酒店附近有許多美食和購物的地方，讓我在閑暇之餘享受到了當地的美食和文化。 總的來説，這次入住體驗讓我對這個酒店和這個城市留下了深刻的印象。我會毫不猶豫地向我的朋友推薦這家酒店，並期待着下一次的入住。

房間大，床也比較大，乾淨衞生。早餐比較單一，每天都一樣的，但也還過得去，還有鮮榨的果汁～服務態度比較好，會主動問好啥的，推薦入住！

位置和酒店員都佳，但房間本來不太小，可是欠書枱，連放皮架也沒有，每次都要蹲下取東西。二人房只有一張椅子！
