The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes walk to MTR station. Room size is good and with full amenities, microwave, washing machine. There is a food plaza with many restaurants inside located about 500 meters away and a river you can strolled along in the evening. Overall good value for money to stay in this hotel.

There is no way this room is 42 square meters! The staff insists it is. I estimate 25 at the most. Management, if you’re reading this please remove all decorative plates from the wall above the bed: two plates are missing, which means they must’ve fell. Imagine a plate falling on you while you’re laying in bed. Dangerous, plus they don’t look great anyway. Location isn’t very close to the airport, not many shops or restaurants around. Only convenient if you’re in town for a convention. Staff was great, wifi was fast and the room was super cheap. Despite the dropboxes beside the building, meituan deliveries came straight to the room. Washing machine and electric stove will be handy to some. I wouldn’t recommend this place purely based on the erroneous advertised size of the room. Had I known the true size, I would have had a fairer comparison to many other options.

Overall good, but a little dirty with cigarette buds and not cleaned inside the cabinets. Location is good if it's just for the airport, if you actually want to see things in Shenzhen you're better off staying closer to Nanshan or Luohu.

The room is really nice and modern! Would definitely recommend, especially considering how good of a price it is. It's right on a metro line so easy access to anywhere in the city if you're happy to make a bit of a trip as it is a bit far from most places. Super close to the airport though!

Despite it being far away from the CBD the hotel offers a very comfortable stay. Service delivery was exceptional and the rooms were always cleaned. I’ll be a returning customer very soon!

The room environment and location are OK, and it is easy to find. The sanitation needs to be improved. There is a bottle of water that has been opened and not finished in the room. There are frozen things in the refrigerator that have not been taken away by others. The wallpaper is also a bit moldy. The kettle is broken and can't boil water. It feels that the sanitation is not done carefully. The bedding is quite comfortable. I hope the business will do better after improvement.
