It’s ok as it has a gym allowing under 18’s so my child could enjoy as well. The room was quite decent and clean. We enjoyed it very much though the price is a little bit high.

I had an incredible stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Snowdonia. The hotel offers stunning views that truly capture the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The food and drink options were excellent, with a variety of delicious meals available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in a breathtaking setting.

If you accidentally leave things there say goodbye. Their staff will steal it. My girlfriend left one of her jellycat teddys there by mistake. Right on the bed, and after calling them they said they couldn’t find it, her mum said they wouldve seen it so they obviously stole it, amd they replied their staff wouldn’t do that. Unacceptable, im upset amd so is she, she feels horrible as they coundnt find it amd I had bought it for her.

Amazing overnight stay. Our meal in the restaurant was outstanding. The restaurant was very busy but all the staff were super attentive. As it was my birthday they presented me with a special birthday slate and cake which was lovely. The bedroom was furnished well and very, very comfortable. We will definitely be back for another stay.

This hotel is a gem of find! The receptionist was helpful and welcoming and the room was new and very modern. In the restaurant he got us a table even though they were short staffed and very busy The guy on the desk at the restaurant was called Jon and he is absolutely top dollar !! I never had time to use all the amenities but will do next time for sure From a 22 year Diamond member!!

We had a lovely meal sunday evening, with a full house ,I was expecting to be a slow service or some other issues, but everything was nice and the food was amazing as usual . Fair play to the chefs and the staff there. Is it really hard to keep a restaurant at this level, but it is obviously they have a top team.

Never been here and never would, I believe they had been accepting vouchers from a company that went bust. I didn't know any of this and when I contacted them today they said they stopped in September, just over two weeks ago. And said nothing they could do. They are part of that company I believe. I know it's not on them as its with the company but I was going to spend it on a room. Really disappointing and for me shows that they don't care about people. £150 gone is a lot of money! Just thought a big company like hilton would have shown compassion and understanding. Although to reiterate I know it isn't there voucher but it's the fact they cant show leniency just two weeks after they stopped it. My voucher is in date also.

We’ve stayed at Garden Inn a few times now and each time was a fantastic experience overall. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at Zephyr's bar & grill .The food was amazing with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal. We also enjoyed our time at the Bar, the drink selection was impressive, featuring creative cocktails and a great wine list. The ambiance was lively yet cozy, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend Snowdonia Garden Inn for both its comfortable accommodations and exceptional dining options. I can’t wait to return! Special Mentions to .. Me and my friends did a quick stop here for food when walking around snowdon, the food was delicious and our server, i think was named reana, was lovely and very patient with us when serving our food due to a mix us with who ordered what 😁 Lovely place to eat!

Nice hotel , surroundings not as pretty as you think, old mill next to it . Food ok , bit disappointed to be honest.😦spar is tiny and you have to book in advance £50 session . Nothing around it no places to eat . Advertised as a relaxing retreat, bland spot not very pretty

The staff are all fantastic, offering friendly and professional customer service. The food at the restaurant is superb, the chefs culinary skills are second to none. I have eaten here three times and each time over the past 12 months I have thoroughly enjoyed every meal! Also have to mention Nick who works in the restaurant, his customer service is 5/5 stars, polite, friendly and knowledgeable, a true professional. I really enjoy staying here and will continue to regularly book when I need a short break 👍
