Ulasan Novotel Hefei Sunac

I been staying Novotel at Singapore having very good experiences,but it surprised me for this HeFei Novotel when I request a coffee when having their morning breakfast the waiter just point at the coffee machine and ask me go and get yourself.

For any hotel location is the key, and although this is located right by the amusement park and water park and chao lake. It doesn’t have good directions or take good care of the walkways to allow people to walk unhindered. A shuttle bus to local spots should be provided. Breakfast which they provided had a ton of options but all of them subpar. If they had only a few things but made well and delicious it would be much better. The air conditioner was the worst. It pushed out humid air and rarely cool enough to drop the room temperature. All over the hotel they have ads for their restaurant but when we asked about it, it was closed. If something is not available, you should not be advertising it. Considered false advertisement. If due to your false advertising I have to go somewhere else for dinner, you should at least pay for the cab fare. Based on the hotel and the number of guests I saw I’m pretty sure you’re only putting guests in floor 8 and possibly floor 9. If that’s the case then each room should be meticulously cleaned. Ours didn’t have soap in the dispenser and was missing the conditioner completely. We were in a no smoking room, there was still a “do not smoke in bed” resin sign. Which was extremely dirty like no one’s cleaned it in weeks if not months. There’s a cute robot you send up to deliver things. But it doesn’t know to wait for people to get off the elevator before getting on, causing a family of 4 with their luggage to be partly trapped by the robot for a few minutes. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to a number of the staff and can see the lower occupancy and time has affected this establishment. But you can still do better.

Very nice and very good price. The breakfast is amazing.

A bit of a ghost town in terms of location. Big hotel but not a lot of guests, breakfast was good and the room was big.

It locates near the lake, so there's awesome and gorgeous view. I can see very beautiful lake on the balcony in my room. There are several big hotels around the lake. This Novotel has the best lake view. The distance to the Chaohu Lake is not far. Renting a car is the best choice. This location is nearly the edge of service areas of the shared electric bicycles. There are many merchants near this Novotel. It's very convenient to buy food and daily supplies. It's really an unforgettable travel. Next time I would select this Novotel again.

諾富特酒店乾淨整潔，早餐豐富多彩，特別是湖景房景色宜人，站在房間看這大片水域，荷葉田田，還有小船悠悠劃過，岸邊綠樹成蔭，遠處建築錯落，更有遼闊的大湖延伸向天際，感覺像是闖進了一幅自然與人文交融的山水畫卷～

環境幽雅，確實一流。前台工作人員的服務男女都一個德行，從入住到離開沒聽到一句問候語，而且是愛答不理的那一種，搞不清是沒經過培訓就上崗還是默認的服務方式。相反餐廳裏的工作人員服務意識強太多，沒可比性。 空調開了一晚上，不蓋被子都出汗，搞不清大熱天的是在製冷還是在制熱。 床上要定期消毒滅菌，如果長時間沒人住也要定期更換，蟎蟲太多了

臨時訂的也沒有提前定，在科技館附近，後來發現周圍一圈都是酒店羣，看了一圈下來，就他家性價比最高，事實證明我的選擇是非常正確的，服務都挺好的，給免費升級了房型，開窗有小陽台就可以看到巢湖啦。餐廳也很大，住的很舒服，很安靜 就是洗衣要收費

本來覺得諾富特的品牌應該不是很差，現實入住的時候還是有一定的差距，諾富特的裝修用的都是比較廉價的裝修飾品，但是好在就是酒店比較乾淨，最不能讓我容忍的就是酒店的早餐，早餐裏面很難見到葷腥，雖然選擇的種類看起來比較多，但是真正的肉食動物在這裏根本不能吃飽吃好，住了兩天之後，果斷選擇了隔壁的鉑爾曼，果然，如我預想的早餐真的是天差地別，如果你選擇性價比諾富特，肯定是沒有什麼問題的，但是如果你選擇讓自己舒心舒適，肯定是隔壁的鉑爾曼更適合

前台禮賓 費樑帥 小哥太給力了！搬行李超麻利，還主動提醒附近好吃的店，離店時幫忙叫的車也特別準時，暖心又專業，愛了愛了！
