Ulasan Fengda International Hotel

My stay at Feng Da International Hotel in Hefei was frustrating, uncomfortable, and frankly, unsafe. The air conditioning in our rooms wasn’t working — it blew air but did not cool at all. Everyone in my group had a terrible night’s sleep. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they gave us an absurd excuse: “since it is not hot outside, the AC has not transitioned to being cold.” Instead of fixing the issue, they offered us a fan, which is not an acceptable solution in a hotel that claims to offer international standards. The problems didn’t stop there. The bathroom ventilation did not work, leaving the room damp and musty. Worse yet, the shower had a large, unstable tile that shifted underfoot — a serious hazard. If I hadn’t noticed it in time, an older relative in our group could have easily fallen and gotten injured. This is a major safety issue that the hotel should’ve addressed long ago. Between the broken AC, poor ventilation, and dangerous shower conditions, this hotel completely failed to provide even basic comfort or safety. We won’t be returning, and I strongly advise other travelers to stay elsewhere.

The hotel is located next to the business center, there are many places to eat, the hotel breakfast is good, the room is clean, the service is slow.

A very luxurious hotel with convenient transportation. There is also a convenience store downstairs and the breakfast is superb. The most important thing is that the room rate is cheap, the best choice for business trips

The decoration is exquisite and elegant, the linens are high-end, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the deluxe suites are spacious, so families will not feel cramped. The rooms are well-equipped, and some rooms are equipped with bathtubs, hair dryers, irons, etc. The view outside the window is beautiful, you can see the Ferris wheel, and the atmosphere is good.
