Cons - there is no tissue box provided in toilet - the wifi in hotel room is not good, keeps getting disconnected - there is no phone in hotel room - there is no bath mat provided - best if tv could be in front of the beds Pros - it is located near supermarket

To overnattinger i Harstad. Svært fornøyd på alle måter med Scandic hotell. Stort rom med gode senger. Rikholdig frokost.

Our party of 3 booked two separate rooms, but were given a single room with a fold-out sofa. Front desk staff could not resolve it, and we're awaiting a reaponse from the hotel. They also had no record of the guest who tried checking-in right before us. He had to provide his paperwork as proof of the reservation.

We booked a superior room in good time before our stay, expecting a nice room with a view. We got to see the parking lot behind the hotel and the back of some large houses, so we ended up with the curtains covering the windows the entire stay, the room were quite worned out as well. I would not recommend this hotel if you visit Harstad.

Great location, wonderful early morning breakfast with many choices, upon arrival the lady at frond desk was very helpful with changing our room, and directing us to a beautiful evening short hike in the hills!

It is disturbing for couples,because there are 2 beds united in one. And always happens that one of us falls in between beds and wake up. I reccomend double bed without being united. I hope you guys can think about it,because it matters for some people. I liked at hotel everything perfekt,but now i changed to order apar**ents through airbnb to rent for a day every week i come in Harstad,due to the bed that is united,and quality of sleeping is bad because of this,for couples!

Travelled with three children, the staff was very helpful and kind! Provided extra bed for youngest child (3 years old), and free ice cream! Large rooms. Perfect location in the city centre! Very diverse brekfast.
