Purple House Inn(Baroque Branch)

Road repairing may bring the inconvenience. There is no elevator for the older people after long travel.

We stayed here a total of 8 nights. The hotel is like a small boutique hotel, very nicely decorated, although the carpeting is a little old. It is situated near Chinese Baroque street where food is accessible. Breakfast shops include dumplings,noodles and a famous bread shop. The hotel staff were all very polite courteous and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions for directions. The lady staff was very helpful and kind to us and she helped us made the booking for airport transfer via taxi in the wee hours of the morning. Front desk service is excellent. It is also good location and one can easily hail a taxi outside the hotel, or walk to the subway station 400m away. There is water heater, but it may take awhile for the water to heat up maybe 20min, which was not a problem. The bedding and mattress are sufficient and comfortable to sleep on . The room does not have heater, only air conditioning, but it’s still okay. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything!!

我就是看了評價以後沒有信邪的人，果然踩坑裡了！只有聽人勸，才能吃飽飯。 1⃣️酒店沒有地暖，房間整體來説還挺冷，就一樓大堂熱 2⃣️房間裏插上房卡才能開始燒洗澡水，還要等，入住也不會提前告知要插卡才開始燒水後才能用，晚上洗澡沖到一半沒熱水，問還説解決不了，她也沒辦法 🆘救命，插上房卡後，開了暖風機和燒水壺整個房間就開始一閃一閃的，詳細見視頻，條件允許開一下視頻聽一下聲音，後面10s左右還能開到一閃一閃的畫面，很明顯的電壓問題，不知道會不會突然跳閘，也沒有提前説過會有這種情況，也沒有提醒什麼與什麼不能同時使用，進門就是什麼都不説不提醒，出問題了就説是你個人問題。 雖然是在景區內，但是一晚450多的價格也不能是這樣吧，畢竟也不是廉價房。 我看之前評價説不熱，他們回覆説升級了，我以為今年能熱了，入住時間2024年12月底！還能洗澡洗一半沒熱水了！定之前特意關注了一下，上面有標註24h熱水服務，現在經投訴已經沒有該選項了！ 能勸的真的都勸了，真的，哈爾濱這個天真的很冷。

優點：位置很好，距離景區很近，隔壁有著名的威虎山鐵鍋燉，大鵝很美味。客棧裝修很有國風特色，前台熱情服務周到點個贊。房間裏有地暖，還有空調可以調節温度，也不是特別熱的不舒服，這一點很好。客棧的床和枕頭都很舒適，床墊軟硬適中，被子厚薄合適，可以獲得優質睡眠。 缺點：由於是古建築，用熱水有冷暖水管分開限制，淋浴花灑很難調節，用水忽冷忽熱花灑較小。浴缸太大，熱水管水量有限，這裏提醒店家可以做個使用説明放在浴缸旁邊，因為是需要冷熱水管分別打開，首次使用很難弄明白。

客棧位置特別好，樓下就是巴洛克的步行街，有小雪飄下來很美，街道因為是步行街，這個時間段人又不多，特別安靜，走一走感覺很棒（看了有施工，估計就是這條街，現在很棒）。客棧風格很好，喜歡國風的強烈推薦，太出片啦！熱水也還是不錯的，據説東北的熱水器都是需要等一會的，其實完全沒有問題，不是那麼著急的啦，個人感覺不差十分鐘[調皮]。總之很好很好，乾淨整潔，喜歡店裡的姐姐也喜歡這個店！

房間很暖和，熱水也很好，床不軟不硬剛剛好，洗個熱水澡美美睡一覺太舒服了。民宿就在步行街上，旁邊是百年小吃街（哈爾濱的美食不要太多），前面是松花江，後面有德雲社，地理位置非常優越，好評好評！
