This is a nice place to be…the staff is ever so friendly…No issues with wifi and the place is surrounded by restaurants making it convenient to get something to eat… you can try it out…

Spacious place, I enjoyed my stay there and the views from the window at night. There was a safe in the room as well.

Top notch i enjoyed my stay.

The price was VERY reasonable, and the staff polite & helpful. The fresh breakfast was a bit different for me, as an American, but tasty (essentially one type of bread in Zimbabwe). It took a while, but was hot & fresh. A device charging station was handy. The room was spacious, had a luggage rack, and a bar/counter for a mysterious reason. The generator was loud & stinky, but Zim power is often OUT.

Fantastic staff and the price is great but be forewarned there is no ac in the room nor a minifridge

The rooms where need and tidy and with the expected extras that come with your standard hotels. Positive: very friendly staff, your access card is your key to elevator, neat place and no noise. Negative: could do with a mini fridge and you need to bring your own food if you don’t want to leave your room. Overall assessment: I would definitely come back and would recommend the place to friends, colleagues and family. Great job.

Renovations are ongoing which when complete will improve things.

The room itself was spacious and clean. Bed was nice, and there were enough blankets for the cold weather. The area around the hotel is noisy, as it's in the CBD, but it offers a lot of options for food and other amenities, but the hotel does not provide any information about where to go. Breakfast options are limited and the breakfast room does not have good ventilation. If you eat there, you will walk out smelling like a donut. I would stay there again but in the rooms with a/c to dampen the noise levels.
