Ulasan Hotel Shattuck Plaza

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay, right from the entrance to the exit of the hotel. Was also able to make requests using text messaging - very prompt response. Definitely want to come back and stay here again.

Some homeless around the area but still generally quite safe.

Good location, but the empty shops at the street level of the building is not nice.

The location of the hotel is in the downtown of Berkeley with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Target) around. Bart and buses are adjacent to the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and blankets are good and warm. The bath amenities are available but you have to squeeze hardly to get out the lotion. The road near to the hotel is under repair, the workers start working quite early in the morning at 7am, thus it really affected us as we didn’t wish to wake up so early. Homeless people are scattered around the hotel therefore you have to exercise care when going in and out of the hotel.

好的地方，位置方便，非常方便； 網絡穩定，我住的房間隔音不錯。酒店好像有一百多年歷史了，跟學校南部那個同樣一百多年歷史的畢業生酒店相比房間大很多。 我個人不喜歡地方：1，枕頭實在太高了，沒法躺在枕頭上睡覺；2，薄被子在兩層被單之間滾來滾去，實在不舒服；以後來美國住酒店要帶着針線把被子和單子四角縫上固定；3，有一個小冰箱但是太吵了；4、空調也略吵，但這個還想對可以忍受。

太差，沒有之一，首先我們在攜程定的是豪華特大房1600元，有浴缸，給我們卻是非常小的房間，而且樓層房間都非常臭，很大味道，第一晚上我以為就是這樣的房型沒有去理論，離譜的是第二個晚上，半夜凌晨，滴答滴答大漏水聲音從天花板漏到我們身上，衣服被子都都打濕，把我們從夢中驚醒，天花也掉下來，簡直無語，過分的是打電話給前台，他們一點歉意沒有，好像很淡定，直接給我們換了一個房型，我們到了新換的房型才發現原來這個才是豪華特大床房，退房的時候我們找他們理論，服務員説我們原來那個房間就是豪華特大房，拒不承認，也沒抱歉，簡直就是欺負國人，歧視，不能容忍！

房間很小，臨街很吵。沒有提供什麼服務，前台人員態度極差（男～深色皮膚的更差）。不能再住！

酒店位置佳，伯克利校園旁，餐飲店較多，target在街對角。服務員友善。申請我已經是第二次入住了。十分推薦。

簡陋的四星，雖然是中央空調但還有些吵，牆壁不夠隔音。保潔衹會説西班牙語不會英語，停車要去隔壁停車場23美元一天。比汽車旅館好在稍安靜。送的咖啡不錯。再就是貌似水質凈化了比一般加州的水質好。
