Hotelnya bersih dan rapi fasilitasnya lengkap lokasinya sangat strategis untuk layanan publik, stafnya penuh perhatian dan antusias terima kasih sudah melayani kami dengan sangat antusias dan penuh perhatian sampai jumpa lagi 🫠😉😉

Layanan wifi buruk, kamar bagus untuk pelancong dengan anggaran terbatas,

Hotel kecil, murah, lokasi ok tapi colokan listrik cuma 1 tidak berfungsi, 1 kamar ada 4 colokan listrik hanya bisa pakai colokan yang dicolok di kabinet, saya lagi perjalanan bisnis beberapa hari jadi takut komplain

Direnovasi pada tahun 2014, fasilitasnya agak tua, dan AC-nya sangat berisik di malam hari

Harus meninggalkan tempat ini setelah satu hari karena internetnya benar-benar buruk. Koneksi terputus setiap lima menit. Saya tidak tahu mengapa hotel tidak berinvestasi pada router Wi-Fi yang layak. Tidak akan kembali.

Harganya agak mahal.

Secara keseluruhan ok.. hanya wifinya saja yang lemah

酒店房間比較大，雖然設施略顯陳舊，但是也還算乾淨，價格也非常划算，樓下有小超市和飯店，吃飯和買東西都很方便

I booked this hotel as it was close to the place of my appointment. Also due to good ratings in Agoda and TripAdvisor. Upon checking in I saw cockroaches running around. They changed my room. In the new room I left my face mask on the table and minutes later a cockroach was sitting on my mask. Another cockroach was crawling up my leg. I killed it. Hotel staff without even looking at the room suggested I move to another hotel in a back lane without road access. The other hotel may be a no star hotel (they claim 2-star) but the walls were white painted with very bright fluorescent tube lights, I could see it was basic but not dirty. It was enough in an emergency as I had to go for my appointment. Though a 2-star hotel they tried to charge extra based on their rack rates. I complained that I booked a 3-star hotel, was given a 2-star hotel, and asking me to pay more instead of compensating me! They withdrew the extra charge. It appears that the good reviews were all dated pre-covid. They may be directing guests to the 2- star hotel routinely. I had to extend my stay and obviously moved hotel.
