This is an excellent hotel that is recommended- very clean. Food for breakfast and dinner is super delicious. Ambience is good in the restaurant. Nice Christmas decorations and their staff are super helpful like volunteer to help you contact the travel agency if they observed you waiting at lobby for sometime. Nice swimming pool too. Was allowed to leave luggage for a night when going to Halong bay cruise.

The most amazing hotel in Hanoi. The rooms are really nice, all brand new and super clean. The breakfast is a delight - a vast choice of Asian and western food. But the highlight is the staff- very helpful, making sure in all occasion we are having a special time. For sure I will be back in Hanoi and CLASSYC hotel will be where I will stay

new hotel between old quarter and french quarter, short walk to the lake and many scenic spots. the hotel is new, rooms are comfortable with super friendly and helpful staff. we had a comfortable and efficient experience!

The location of this hotel is excellent at the heart of Hanoi. Well trained staff with good manner is observed. This hotel is equipped with good renovation.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is in the old quarter near everything. We booked a room with an inner window but actually there is no window in the room and the room is very small.

This is my second time at the hotel. They have only been open a few months and I have felt the staff and management have taken on feedback and improved over time. I highly recommend the hotel based on the superb location, the newness, good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff, and openess to feedback. I will come again. The only downsides are that there are some renovation works going on, this should only disturb you during the day and sporadically. Sound does travel so it's not completely silent in your room, I could hear next door using the bathroom and people in the corridor but it's to be expected. I am unsure as to what the standard of cleaning is but if I left something on the sofa/table or any surface, the staff left the things untouched and didn't clean around or under them. The bed was made, towels and toiletries were replaced but the room was not tidied up or made to look pleasing to the eye - maybe I'm asking too much or the staff were worried about touching my belongings. All in all a great stay.

I was told that this hotel is very new and I could tell immediately from the look of it. It looked very clean and tidy And the manager was so kind :) I’d definitely come back to this hotel if I come to Hanoi again Thanks for everything guys
