The Hotel is very hommie and Location of the hotel is in the heart of Old quarter and perfect for nearby local restaurants! The staff Chris and Owner Tung are really kind and very accommodating. They book the Tour packages for us with a steal Price and even arrange our trip to Sapa! 1,000,000% recommended - Group from Philippines 🇵🇭

This hotel in the middle of the old quarter was a perfect spot to stay for a couple of days. It is very close to the famous Banh Mi 25 so you can try that, but Mr. Tom the owner also gives guests a free map with addresses to most of the famous sites and restaurants. They also have laundry service which was completed the same night when we dropped it off in the morning. We did not use them as a tour company, but they do also offer tours and help purchase bus or train tickets to locations all over Vietnam.

Had a wonderful stay here, very clean room, the morning receptionist welcomed me with warm greetings and gave me a lot of great recommendations and the night receptionist was helpful, we talked a lot about Vietnam and My hometown in Indonesia 😆 You guys should definitely book this hostel when you come to Hanoi, especially if you want to get close to the Night Market, it's only 3 minutes walk from the hostel...

CAREFUL ! Don’t go here, book a different hotel! The hotel scammed us, we had prepaid for a room and when we arrived they told us the room wasn’t available anymore and they apologized that they made a mistake updating their system. We were annoyed but resigned and had to book another hotel double the price because it was so last minute. I expected that we would get the money back that I had already paid for the room. When I asked through the app, they lied and said we never came and refused to give us a refund. I showed them proof we stayed at another hotel and they refused to refund anyway. Don’t take the chance of this happening to you, you’re better off somewhere else

Nice hotel but I think the room they offered us not meant to be as it was too small room to stay.. for 1 night we adjusted in it.. overall good place to stay.. Tom is a very good person.. hope to visit again if provided with some spacious room..

Great location, attentive and helpful staff. The room is very small, clean enough. There is a kettle in the room, but no cups)) the drain in the shower does not work well, the water stands on the floor. At the same time, there is an excellent set of hot water. There is no soundproofing, I lived on the 4th floor, next to it was a technical entrance to the roof, with a constantly slamming door. This is very unpleasant. The 4th floor is very high, there is no elevator, so choose a lower floor to make it easier to walk, a spiral staircase with small steps. But a beautiful view from the window)

It's easy to get around because it's near a busy area. The front desk staff were friendly and it was a fun trip.

Maybe I was just unlucky. Many cheap accommodations have the risks I experienced this time. Before I write about my experience, I would like to say that considering the price and environment of this hotel, it's not bad at all, and the hotel staff doesn't seem to be dishonest. However, I would like to report that I had a painful experience here. It was roaming around in my room to the point where I noticed tiny little ants on the windows and on the floor. I think the hotel staff probably doesn't have any bad intentions and are trying to keep things sanitary. However, the location and environment of the hotel room invited small ants into the room, and perhaps because of the high humidity, the sheets looked clean at first glance, but it seemed like there were dust mites in them. I have a dust mite allergy. The morning after spending the night here, I was bitten by something all over my body, and it was red, swollen, and itchy. It is understandable that dealing with ticks, ants, and bed bugs is a difficult problem in the humid Asian region. I think sometimes it depends on luck, so I think it depends on the time. I don't feel like blaming the hotel, but I'm not tolerant enough to call a night where my whole body was itchy, red and swollen comfortable. I won't be staying there again.
