Not bad place, it was only one night but in general was comfortable, just staff needs to improve the English.

The hotel is getting old, but it is still considered to be clean, and location is good.

Rooms are clean amd staffs are helpful Location amd amenities are good too

The breakfast menu is only for Chinese food , this not good as 5 star hotel

The room (Guest Room) we chose was so-so. Limited to 7th floor. I believe these were the rooms partially renovated from the old sauna service rooms prior to the vice crackdowns from ten years ago. The rooms were fitted with a sauna (not sure if working or not) and open, not enclosed shower. Room was smaller than the deluxe/executive rooms and did not have the amenities such as bathtub, enclosed shower, in room safe, bathrobes, disposable slippers, iron and ironing board. I would recommend paying $4 - $10 more just to get one of the other rooms. The redeeming factor about our stay was that it fell during their 14th anniversary and we were able to receive discounts of about 30% on our dinner meals. We had two separate consecutive reservations.

Decent Chinese hotel, good price, poor English spoken, general overall cleaning needs to be improved. Will come back again soon. Good amenities close by.

年初一入住，入住人數不多，前台及其他服務員主動熱情，並送上新年水果盤作禮品，這間酒店在設計和配套上比較舊，明顯沒有大的翻新，也沒有提昇科技上設備，如機械人送外賣到門口，房間升級後到高樓層的行政大房，瞭望常平鎮的美麗景色。 至於，早餐方麪食品極度差，50元付費一位認真不值，菜式少之餘，熱菜蒸包都變了冷盤，向服務員投訴後，他們才調高熱盤的温度，味道方面很差，連二星級酒店都不如，我真不知道為何有人在評論上贊好！ 晚上自助餐方面可能價值很昂貴，給予菜式都會多些，我最喜愛吃大衹鮑魚和大頭蝦，幸好有單人火煱，把這些冷盤的東西加熱，免得吃了肚子不適，雖有牛扒等肉類，但不好吃，煎到黑焦色，把食物浪費，雖有北京烤鴨，卻很難吃，春餅不熱和好硬，烤鴨不好吃，皮是硬，總之340元兩位是絕對不好吃和不平宜的，真是有點失望，其實這間酒店餐廳所製作的食品真是差差差，普通食店都好吃過它。

前台態度很友善，再三確認為無煙房和有獨立浴缸，會推介有吧台飲料和自助餐，退房時又再三感謝入住和要不要水…其他酒店服務也沒有這間好！ 位置不算近車站和市中心，但打車也是幾分鐘很方便，附近好多美食如砂鍋粥和火鍋串燒等。房間和床很大電視也有免費電影觀看。酒店提出一次性浴缸套，不用擔心衛生問題。下次會再入住！
