Ulasan Clouds & Terraces Hotel

Clean and spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety a bit limited. Lunch and dinner menu are fine and affordable. For the price we paid for a family of 4, it’s worth it.

As the resort is fairly big, the walk to have our breakfast is pretty far! It will be convenient to have the buggy to transport guests from the villa to the dining area. The view of the rice terrace can be seen from the hotel.

Real gem in the outstanding rice fields scenic areaw Great view and remote location. Great restaurant and helpful staff. Highly recommend !

Really enjoyed our time at the Clouds & Terraces hotel. Beautiful scenery, very friendly service. The hotel staff and the manager went out of their way to arrange our transport for the onward journey. When we left they gave us a present. Very nice gesture!

This was my third trip to Yuanyang rice terraces to watch the harvest, that I am fascinated by, during harvest season My previous trips I stayed at OneNess Resort (1/2 mile from Cloud). Both are great. Oneness is newer but Clouds has a vintage personality that is hard to beat. When I arrived, I was disappointed that there was no regular chains or small desk or table to sit at to work on computer and organize the daily videos that I captured. I just mentioned this to the manager and I went out to explore the area. When I returned, he had brought a table and chair to my room and placed them on the rooms terrace. The people here are so friendly and I personally take service and friendliness of the staff at the top of my list, Two of the young girls (sorry for the phrasing but I man 78 and we always used to use that terms as a compliment) tracked me down to invent me to come to the reception area and they would make me coffee. I was heading out so they quickly went back to the main reception and then returned to give me several “brew in you room” coffee pods. Fabulous location, fabulous people.. I’ll be back - God willing.

EXCEPTIONAL. I’ve been solo traveling for 6 weeks now and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in any city or town. Truly stunning location, very very well designed hotel, and lovely underfloor heating. Best breakfast I’ve had outside of luxury hotels, great hiking nearby. Really loved my stay - kind of regret I didn’t stay any longer. Very little food around Yuanyang rice paddies, but the hotel has a good restaurant on site.

What a lovely quiet place with very supportive and super friendly staff

This hotel is right in the terraces with lots of hiking trails nearby. The staff were very helpful with everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was excellent. A wonderful experience!

房間一直有地暖，太舒服了。酒店景色一般。自駕入住合適，原因見【概況】 【位置】就在壩達景區哈尼小鎮附近 【概況】一整片山坡都是這個酒店，在路邊沿着一條之字形盤山路向下走，沿路的一棟棟小別墅就是客房，酒店大堂在之字形的底部。整條之字形路步行要十多分鐘，不過有木棧道樓梯可以稍微直走，不用走盤山路。 【用餐】餐廳在之字形路1/3處。不好吃，稻田魚先炸後煮，一般，樹花炒蛋，沒味。 【周邊景點】從之字形頂部出口，右轉步行十分鐘是箐口觀景台，左轉有哈尼梯田博物館，更遠點，建議開車。之字形底部繼續往下走，能到箐口民俗村。

設施：全面。山上有點冷，取暖設施很足。床上有電熱毯，開了很暖和。還有陽台，可以晾衣服，採光很好。 衞生：很乾凈 環境：周圍景色很好，就坐落在梯田上面。開車可以到遠處看梯田日出日落。 服務：很優秀。我們去的時候剛好趕上降温，要了被子酒店馬上就送過來了，還給我們送過來了熱風機、開了地暖。而且還給我們了一張旅遊路線圖，告訴了我們日出日落最佳過去的時間～ 娛樂 :電視特別好，各種點播的經典電影電視劇都是免費的，而且是高清的，超級好！ 餐飲:有一個酒店自己的餐廳，味道特別好！我們嚐了魚和臘肉，都很香。

這是我今年第二次來這裏入住了。由於老媽想看梯田，所以這次也把她帶來了！巧的是我2次都住同一間房子。只是可惜受大霧影響沒有看到哈尼梯田。人生總是會有遺憾，那麼就留下這個遺憾吧，期待下次再來元陽，還住這裏！

房間很好，一個字“大”衞生間乾濕分離，衞生也搞得很乾凈。有地暖，房間暖烘烘超級舒服。淡季這個價格入住，前台還免費升級房型，對酒店服務我們很滿意！酒店有免費停車場，離景點很近，出行方便。
