The AC is not cold, at 3 am AC service Breakfast is not satisfactory The telephone is difficult to contact

Great view. When there are complaints, they are responded to and dealt with

Actually the view is really good, please improve the cleanliness again

The rooms are quite spacious and has direct view to the gorgeous lake. Something that I feel regret is that the room when the time we enter was not clean, the toilet was left dirty and when we called then they just cleaned them up. The next day, the room was not made up and the towels were not changed, when we asked, we got all tore towels as they said they didn't have any left. Hope will be better and have more hard work in the future Grand Renggali Hotel. Thanks.
