A very respectable hostel. Although location may not be the best, it is still acceptable and easily accessible. Didi rides between hostel and Hubin is less than CNY20. Service was excellent. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Owner and staff are very welcoming and will share travel suggestions when we asked. Breakfast aunty has the brightest smile and delivers very local breakfast set that can be refilled upon request. We took their suggestions and had a leisure walk from the hostel passing by Taiziwan park before reaching West Lake Su Causeway to start our West Lake tour.

The home owners accommodated us greatly for our late arrival and other guides and bookings. The breakfast is simple but delicious. They are warm and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is convenient with easy access to bus, near the nine creek which is beautiful. In the autumn, the sweet osmanthus fragrance creates the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

I chose a hotel near the West Lake when I came to Hangzhou~ I didn't expect much, but it was so beautiful!! Every waiter in the hotel was very nice, and helped us upgrade the room~The room was large, comfortable, clean and hygienic But what attracted me most was the environment of the hotel, which was really beautiful and unique~I didn't want to walk to the West Lake, and even walking around the hotel was very comfortable The most special thing is that the hotel also has travel photography services. The photographer has good photography skills and will always guide you on how to take pictures. He is very dedicated and responsible. I like it I will stay in this hotel next time~

This branch is in a quaint residential area and less crowded than Wulin and Hubin area. Enjoyed the classy zen style of their rooms. Very clean and quiet. We liked the laundry area. It is very useful for guests to be able to do our own laundry, esp for families. Breakfast’s spread is not wide but the quality of food is good. Our experience with all their staff from front desk, housekeeping to F&B has been great.

”Zhebin Xu” It was mid-spring, the season of the Flower Festival. The tide of Qiantang was flat and the willows were covered with smoke, while the waves of Xizi were calm and the orioles were singing around the house. Visiting the Santai Mountain Road, you will find a secluded place; entering the Zhejiang Hotel, you will see the elegant building. The layers of buildings are built on the mountain, and the red roofs are connected to the green hills; the winding paths lead to the shade of flowers, and the green tiles reflect the clear mist. It used to be a place of seclusion in the forest and springs, but now it is a place for business travelers. Looking at its layout, it is ingenious: the windows and windows take in the scenery of lakes and mountains, and the corridors and verandas attract bamboo shadows and pine wind. The guest rooms are covered with cloud screens and curtains, and the embroidered pillows contain sandalwood; the halls are carved with roofs and painted buildings, and the palace lanterns illuminate the jade table. The beautiful place is not always there, the feast can be repeated, and I am lucky to receive your kindness before parting. I dare to express my humble feelings, respectfully write a short introduction, and write a poem for each word, and the four rhymes are all completed: By the west bank of Qiantang, the forest and the valley hide the beautiful courtyard. Open the window to take in the clear sky, and lie on the pillow to the sound of the stream. The water shield soup knows the taste of the guests, and the tea rhythm stirs the poetic emotion. When will I visit this place again and get drunk in the spring of Wulin together?

Nice hotel close to the West Lake, cozy room well worth for the money with good amenities. No room smell, great bed, clean washroom. Would definitely visit again if going to the West Lake.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its convenient location, right next to the train station and just one stop away from Hangzhou Railway Station, made traveling incredibly easy. I especially enjoyed the scenic riverside view right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated the added convenience of the laundry room, which is a thoughtful service for guests. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort.

We had a great stay. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is excellent with a mall right next door as well as a convenient store. There also is a coffee shop next to the front desk which sells great coffee drinks (oat and soy milk choices available). Breakfast has a good selection of foods and they have a proper coffee machine. Mostly Chinese food though. Walkable to West Lake and Hefang Street. Free use of their washing and drying machines.  I would definitely recommend this hotel.
