The executive suite was as spacious as shown in the pictures with great view over the expo centers and landmark building. The rooms were clean and fairly equipped. There was a lot of cabinets to store your belongings. Facilities are good, gym is correctly equipped and very spacious. Bob at the reception was very helpful. One key improvement is the air conditioning, the room was hot and ventilation requires to open the windows to cool down inside the suite, the AC not being functional at that time of the year. The bathroom mirror lights are also very hot which does not help to cool down the room as the saff keeps it swithed on after the cleaning.
Breakfast was fair with a big dining room and choices between western and chinese food options.
The lounge bar is a bit lame. I did not try the Sky Garden, i will try next time.

The store has made a free upgrade, the quality and service are impeccable, it is the Meihao that I have always trusted. The room is spacious, the night view is beautiful, the breakfast variety is sufficient, the hotel is also very quiet, the bedding is comfortable enough, it is easy to have a deep sleep. The only drawback is that the WIFI needs to be manually connected every day, and it suddenly disconnects in the middle of the night, which loses a lot of traffic.

This hotel is located next to Chengzhan Metro Station which is very convenient for us to travel around. The buffet breakfast is very nice. It has variety of choices. The room itself is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff especially Alan & Zero helped us a lot during our stay. Will definitely come back here again in the future. ❤️

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a wechat so we could communicate and ask for things. Took bags to our room. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a breakfast for us the second day when we had to leave early for a flight and would miss breakfast. Room was nice.

There isn't word to describe the fabulous stay in qiyupai! More than excellent in all aspects.
First, the east meets west interior design is outstanding, love the zen tatami spacious room with a bathtub concept. Cosy living room area with a chinese tea set relaxing couch potato 🥔 experience. Right outside the room entrance is a unique bamboo garden.
The service is top notch, too. Conceige offered help to do laundry overnight at free of charge.
Really, you will regret not to stay at this premise.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was spotless. My daughter spilt water on the bathroom floor and when it was wiped up with tissues,the tissues were clean. The blackout curtains combined with the air conditioner gave me a wonderful nights sleep

Booked this hotel for ~ 3 nights - arrived on wed night, flew off on sun night.
Upgraded to their lake view suite which was perfect since I was working remotely.
Most hotel staff aren't as willing to help except for this lady whose name is Feng Lin. Cleaning staff are very nice though, ensuring your stay is comfy.
Beware of this uncle (not very tall) who is crazily just pushing tour packages to you. I find that irritating and he does not stop even after you decline him. Suggest that the hotel sends him for some basic etiquette classes.
Advice for new travellers: if you intend to just spend time by the west lake, then perhaps get a hotel right beside the lake.

Got the highest level room, at 24th storey - believe an upgrade was given tho the front desk did not mention. Appreciate the nice gesture.
Had a 2 comfortable night with the hotel. Room is high tech with curtain control. Bidet is also present, totally amazed. Best thing about the hotel, separated toilet from showers.
Nearby the hotel is a local supermarket. Right at foot of hotel is a convenience store. Opposite is a couple of pharmacy. Train station exit is just right along the main road pathway, 1min accessible. There is also Tim Hortons in the building. Other bubble tea is also around the hotel.
Definitely liking this hotel that i'm booking it again for my return trip.
Only negative about this hotel is pick up and drop off point for DiDi etc is along the mainroad on bike lane, which can be dangerous since many bikes are around all the time.

AAnonymous UserI stayed there for the second time and had a very good experience. The room was consistent with the pictures, I liked the decoration style very much, the various facilities were beautifully arranged, the hygiene was very clean, and I felt relieved to stay there. The surrounding transportation was convenient. There was a free coffee machine in the lobby, and the room was quietly upgraded and introduced the surrounding attractions. The washing machine and dryer on the first floor were very easy to use, and the front desk could help wash them. There were free drinks in the refrigerator in the room, and there were smart toilets and curtains. When checking out, the front desk asked if I needed water and gave me a small pack of tissues. It is cost-effective and recommended to stay here!

First of all, there are many activities. We participated in roaming, copying scriptures, cycling, spa, etc. It is very suitable for relaxing and making the staycation not boring at all.
The overall design of the hotel is very beautiful. You can feel the blank space and changing scenery of Chinese aesthetics everywhere; and thanks to the online design taste and good maintenance, you can't tell that it is a hotel from 20 years ago.
Finally, thank the housekeeper jojo and the entire staff for their timely responses and considerate hospitality. I am very satisfied with the whole trip.

IIntrepid Traveller8Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:

3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。
美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Need to wait very long for hot water at the basin tap in the morning. Bathing area water pressure is not strong enough. Staff at concierge makes us pay more for adjacent rooms and did not offer free upgrade unlike other hotels. Only good point about the hotel is we can request for free items such as mosquito repellent and eye masks, and they are delivered by the robot. If the items are not available, there is no follow up from the staff. There is smart toilet bowl. Location is near railway station but not near train station.

There is a tea village below the village, and there is a green tea nearby, which are all popular restaurants. It is also okay to walk to Lingyin Temple, which is faster than the traffic jam during the holidays

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff. The lobby is spacious, elegant, and well-lit, giving off a luxurious yet comfortable vibe. I appreciated their professionalism—they spoke fluent English and were well-prepared to answer all my questions about nearby attractions and transportation options.
