Nice hotel close to banshan mountain. Friendly desk staff who made me feel welcome on arrival. Room was excellent, very comfortable. A large balcony area looking over the hotel garden and mountain which was great for sunbathing and eating outside. Plenty of free films on the TV to watch, bathtub was great, and received a couple of free snacks too. Breakfast was good but had not so much in the way of western food, however it was very healthy. Finally, enjoyed the amazing gym out in the trees. I was the only one in there so it felt very personal, but might get a little crowded with 2-3. Pool outside is not so much for swimming, rather wading for kids. Nice to dip into and cool down after a workout though.

The hotel service is first-class, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, whether checking in or checking out, I feel very comfortable. The experience is great. There is a square right outside the door, and Hangzhou Xintiandi is nearby. The breakfast category is very rich, the dining environment is good, and the holiday price is not outrageous. I will choose it again when I come to Hangzhou next time.

This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days.. They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter.. The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

This hotel is a great choice for us taking our four year old daughter, the family room has two large beds, big living area and large bedroom. The self serve laundry is a big bonus for us since we travels for many weeks and had to do laundry during the trip. The team member at the service desk are friendly and helpful.

Midnight when I was removing my face makeup I saw a white dress lady with black long hair reflection from the toilet door straight to the mirror I’m standing. I wasn’t realized until the reflection gone after 1min and its back to my own with tied blonde hair and black top. Omg scared me so much until I can’t sleep.

The location is at the west square 西广场 of the train station, there are many small restaurants nearby. Walking from the station is only 7 mins. (But the train station itself is enormous so I mean when you got out of the elevator it’s only 5-7 minutes walking. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice breakfast. Very clean and neat, I’ve got a tatami room-I loved it. Definitely recommend this place.
