We arrived in hakuba and there was a lot of information to take in on how to catch buses, get to slopes and book restaurants but the ladies at reception a special mention to Alva & Mika that could not been more helpful and accommodation and always with a smile on their face! Rooms are large, big beds with comfy duners, with good heating and always clean. Hotel is walking distance to everything in happo one and has good breakfast and drying room. Will stay again 😀

Wonderful gem of a hotel in Hakuba, centrally located close to bus routes to all the major resorts in Hakuba. Service at the front desk was great, rooms were clean and the little onsen was amazing. Stayed there as a couple with a teenage son. We had a great time and we will be Back!

Stay here if you want fun, warm, safe, central, welcoming, tasty and overall great stay in Hakuba! Having done seasons in France, Hotel Panorama had a really chilled seasonnaire lax vibe and would recommend to any couple or group alike. We had the best time staying here and have met some really great people. We were very well looked after and cannot believe how amazing our stay worked out despite the weather not being ideal during spring snowboarding time. Love this place and want to come back! Best spot in the village.
