"Ini adalah pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan dan saya ingin menggunakannya lagi. Namun entah kenapa, banyak semut yang masuk ke dalam kamar. Saya tidak tahu dari mana asalnya, dan saya terkejut saat mengetahui mengapa ada begitu banyak semut energik di Hakuba, padahal kita jarang melihat semut di Tokyo selama musim dingin. Saya juga berpikir akan lebih mudah jika memiliki sendok nasi untuk penanak nasi, handuk piring, atau tisu dapur. Jujur saja, akan lebih nyaman jika ada sofa atau semacamnya."

"the property is very convenient to be walkable into the Happo One area with all restaurants, convenience stores and the main shuttle bus to the Tokyo City and the mountain around Japan Alps. the room is very spacious with all amenities, the bathroom and the shower room to be in separate which is good for the family in 3-4 members to staying in a same room. the breakfast services is tasty with all selections in western and Japanese styles."

"The hotel is very nice and have Japanese+Western Style. We really like the atmoshere and the owner, Mr.Kashiwabara and his wife are very nice to us. He introduced us many things and also drive us to the train station on the next day. The facilities in house has everything you need. We enjoy the onsen very much and the water is mineral and clean. We hope to go back again. Thank you very much."

The bath products, hair care products, and nourishing creams are so good that you might want to buy some to take home. There is a coin-operated washing machine with a wide selection of detergents. The digital door is difficult to open, so you have to wait for the right moment. Overall, it is worth it and a good choice for those who love peace and quiet."
