Pemandian air panasnya juga nyaman dan sarapannya lezat. Namun, sikap pelayanan stafnya buruk. Karyawan pria di dalam menatap saya dengan dingin dan saya merasa dia sedang menggoda saya. Selain itu, hotel tersebut mungkin memiliki serangga yang tidak dikenal karena berada di hutan, yang menyebabkan ruam di tubuh. Namun, saya tidak tahu berapa biaya untuk berobat ke dokter di Jepang, jadi saya tidak pergi ke dokter saat itu. Kemudian, setelah kembali ke Tiongkok, dokter meresepkan obat. "We had 5 night in one of the suites in The Happo. The room was large and well appointed. The staff were fabulous. We used the hotel shuttle bus every day. Staff organised resistant bookings and shuttles etc for us. Provided advice about various locations to visit. The restaurant onsite is good and not overly expensive for Japan."

"It’s a really cozy hostel with your own room. The staff is really welcoming and friendly, would really help you in any way possible. I dont mind the shared bathroom, I never had a problem with it and it was never full during my stay. The pillows were soft and there is also a heater. If I feel too warm I just open the windows. Location wise, it was a bit of a challenge to go up Goryu plaza since it was winter and it was a long ramp going up, maybe took me 10-12mins. I didn’t rent a car so I had to book an uber to and from Hakuba station. They only have 2 toilets in the male’s restroom in the 2nd flr"

"The price is quite expensive during the snow season. The room with a big bed is 5000+, and adding a sofa bed is 300 more. This hotel is marked as a four-star hotel, but it is marked as a three-star hotel by Google search. It is not run by local Japanese people, and the sanitary environment is really average. The large bath is sticky, there are floating hairs in the pool, and towels are thrown everywhere. The room uses carpets, but the vacuuming is not thorough. I have to wear a mask and turn on the purifier to feel comfortable because of dust allergies. The breakfast is all European, without any Japanese soup or the like, and mainly cold food. I wanted to use the dryer, but when I entered, there were socks all over the floor, and the dryer was full of black hair. On the day of the pick-up, it was promised to arrive in 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes and called again to say that there were other things on the way. Not recommended, if you want to come to Hakuba, it is recommended to book another hotel."
