Hotel dengan dengan Fasilitas Fitness & Gym di Edinburgh

Memesan hotel ini berdasarkan ulasan bagus, dan tidak mengecewakan! Kami berjalan dari Waverly ke hotel dengan 3 bagasi besar, letaknya tidak jauh tetapi berbukit jadi pilihlah jalan yang tidak melibatkan tangga. Check-in dan check-out SANGAT efisien, cukup sebutkan nama Anda dan mereka akan segera mengantar Anda ke apartemen Anda. Melihat ulasan sebelumnya yang mengatakan resepsionisnya tidak ramah, tapi sejujurnya menurut saya mereka efisien dan itulah yang saya butuhkan setelah perjalanan 20 jam. Saya memesan apartemen 1 kamar tidur terbuka untuk kami 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak. Kamar berada di lantai dasar dengan pintu masuk dari jalan luar langsung ke ruang tamu. Ini berarti orang-orang yang berjalan di luar kamar Anda akan dapat melihat Anda, namun ada tirai dan tirai yang menghalangi pandangan tersebut. Kamar tidurnya tidak memiliki pintu, hanya pintu masuk dari lorong. Apartemen ini sangat nyaman dan nyaman bagi kami, kami memasak hampir setiap makanan, dengan perlengkapan lengkap. Sainsbury lokal di dekatnya dengan 4 menit berjalan kaki. Secara keseluruhan puas dan sangat merekomendasikan.

I have stayed in Marriott properties in many countries since the early 1980s. This was my first stay at the Moxy brand of Marriott properties. When we arrived, the driveway was completely roped off and blocked by two huge construction vehicles and the door into the lobby was also roped off. No alternative was provided to allow us to drop off our heavy bags or even to enter the hotel from the car park. Having to register my car or risk a £100 fine just to drop off the luggage was not a customer-friendly message. I am aware this applies to other Marriott airport properties in Scotland to deter non-guests from parking. But I am sure with all the brainpower in the Marriott group, a customer-friendly solution can be found. The towel in my room had holes. Housekeeping staff opened my room door twice. Luckily I was only half naked. Really lousy breakfast. Dried scrambled eggs. No other egg type offered. Dried bacon. Orange juice tasted quite bad. The lobby doubled up as the place for breakfast. As a result, food droppings on the floor were quite unsightly. But I must say the staff were all wonderfully nice, polite and helpful

the hotel is centrally located and walkable to all major site, it is attached to the only shopping mall in downtown so it is really convenient. the architectural design of the hotel is unique and stands out amongst historical buildings around, and very photogenic. However I have stayed in many W hotels around the world and I found this one interior qualities not up to par with the others, the decor and material of my room is cheap and not special, the toilet is so small and cramp, the vanity and sink is around 60cm and single sink, very tight to even get dry and undress. the room is dark with very small window, i think i stay in the back wing. Though the beds as usual are very comfortable. the hotel doesnt have much amenities there is no pool, entry lobby is very small [relatively], only one restaurant double as breakfast cafe and at night a japanese chain restaurant. two things also stands out. i do not recalled the last time i go in the hotel and there is a long line for check in which happens this time, there were at least 3 ppl in front and after me. and it takes a bit of time although the staff were very kind. also lines both nights when going to the bar, huge line on saturday, at least 12 ppl jammed in the lift lobby. I also noticed that there are not any native english speaking staff, not at the check in, nor maitre d at the bar nor the room service phone reception. we had a good stay but def a few things that stood out.

Lokasi bagus & kamar bersih tetapi tidak ada privasi saat menyangkut kamar mandi dengan pintu tembus pandang!

Hostel location is nice near university of edinburgh. Breakfast menu is nice although its the same everyday even the options of fruits and crossiant fillings. Its freshly made everyday . Service is nice at ground level is really nice Pro: location, hotel staff , laundry and dry cleaning service on first come self serve basis. Rooms have AC , Table fans, iron kit , mircrowave and fridge. Con: Room service needs improvement. They have given it to 3rd party so have fixed timing and clean rooms faster and can be some times undone partially! I would recommend to stay here for 3-4 days or untill you are not bored of eating same breakfast :) Reception is available 24/7 which is nice. Nearest bus stop at forrest road.

Hotel yang buruk yang jelas bukan bintang 4 dan layanannya sama sekali tidak setara dengan Hilton…. Hotelnya sedang direnovasi dan hanya ada 2 lift dengan antrean dan lift itu juga digunakan oleh stafnya Kami mendapat kamar untuk 3 orang dan semuanya disiapkan hanya untuk dua orang, kamarnya kotor dengan rambut di kamar mandi dan langit-langitnya. Ketika saya mandi, pipanya tersumbat dan airnya mulai bocor ke kamar mandi… ya, mereka menyelesaikan masalah itu dengan cukup cepat tetapi tetap saja itu bukan pengalaman yang menyenangkan Tidak ada sandal dan jubah mandi. Saya minta 3 sandal dan mereka hanya membawakan sepasang. Saya minta lagi dan mereka hanya membawakan sepasang lagi. Pada kali ketiga mereka membawakan dua pasang…. Ketika saya minta 3!!! Dan tetap tidak ada jubah mandi. Kami minta selimut tambahan dan selimutnya ada di lokasi acak setelah kamar dibersihkan. Kamarnya dibersihkan dengan buruk pada hari berikutnya kami menginap. Piyama saya dilempar ke tempat lain dan saya menemukannya di atas meja, handuk yang kami taruh di lantai untuk diganti terlipat kotor di rak... selimutnya ada di lokasi acak dan petugas kebersihan sama sekali tidak memperhatikan dan membiarkan kamar kotor. Sangat tidak sopan Saya merasa harus mengemis untuk barang-barang yang seharusnya kami dapatkan di hotel semacam ini. Mengejutkan!!! Ya, mereka menggantinya dengan sarapan gratis yang enak, tetapi layanannya tetap buruk. Mereka mengirim petugas kebersihan dan saat dia datang kami sudah tidur. Dan dia tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris sama sekali... sangat kecewa Kamar 210, 26.10-28.10 2024

The staff are very approachable, helpful, and polite. Amazing facilities (leisure club with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, and steam room). Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Bar and catering staff are neat, polite, and helpful. Apart from the poor Wi-Fi reception in the room and the spa wasn’t available as I expected. Otherwise, an amazing experience at Delta Hotel.

The hotel was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the reception staff was welcoming and amazing! I was thoroughly disappointed at the breakfast selection - the eggs were overcooked and floating in water, it was quite gross. The gentleman taking care of the tables was quite rude. We asked the reception whether we can look at the breakfast before we make a decision to add on, she said sure, we went there and this gentleman working the floor was quite rude saying for how many? I told him I am still deciding as my partner wanted to come in and have breakfast too. It was me and my mom staying in the room, but he was so pushy and rude, he asked for my room number, I gave it to him, he came back saying it's not paid and I said to him I know I am just deciding if I want to add it on -- we were standing away from the food and didn't have plates or anything, we were just texting my partner to get a decision from him. He was so rude and said ”see I told you, this is why I asked, come with me” and he had a very rude attitude. We paid for it at the bar and then went to sit down, but this gentleman was the only rude man in the hotel - quite frankly would not eat at that place again!  He messed the whole experience for us. 

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! My friend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we both got a restful night’s sleep. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. I was feeling a bit under the weather during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond by bringing breakfast directly to our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This level of care really goes a long way in making guests feel valued. For those who prefer to enjoy their breakfast with a bit of fresh air, the hotel also has a charming terrace where you can take your meal while soaking in the surroundings. It's the perfect way to start the day if you want to enjoy a bit of sunshine. The location is also a major plus. It’s just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore, and for those who prefer not to walk, a quick 5-minute bus ride will take you wherever you need to go. The lounge area at the hotel is another highlight. It’s spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with blankets to keep guests comfortable if the temperature drops. It provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of comfort, thoughtful service, and a prime location makes it a top choice. We will definitely be staying here again when we return!
