Ulasan Guangzhou Jinxiu Xiangjiang Hot Spring City

This was a rather unusual stay for us. Before I begin, I have to say that it really wasn’t bad-the room was really spacious, soaking in the private hot tub is always a treat, and we were surprised by the fact that we got 2 dinners, even though the package we bought said it would be one dinner per stay. Anyways, let’s start with the fact that 90% of the hot springs are closed. That wasn’t a big deal for us, as we don’t really like public hot springs, but we just went to check it out. I feel like if I paid this amount of money expecting to have full two days of fun and relaxation in the hot springs park, and all the pools were closed, I would be super disappointed. Next thing was-our jacuzzi didn’t work. We went to the reception and reported it, and they shrugged and said “oh well, it doesn’t work”. We didn’t want to change the room over that one thing, but I felt it was really unprofessional that they didn’t even offer. The hotel is OVERCROWDED. Friday was ok, Saturday was already full to capacity, and on Sunday morning we couldn’t find a seat for breakfast in three huge dining areas. The food was average at best, but I like Chinese food, so I wasn’t disappointed that the advertised “German food” wasn’t there. Also, for a hotel of this type, where the point is soaking in the spring, enjoying and relaxing, there should be a rule for screaming, as on Saturday a family moved in just below us, and they were constantly yelling and it really affected our stay. Of course you can’t choose your neighbors, but a house rule of not screaming would be wonderful. All in all we had fun and got a good rest (the bed is soooooo comfortable!!!), but I believe it lacked many things for this price. I would call the hotel and check if the pools work or not, and make sure that everything in your room works properly.

We had an awesome time. To be honest, after I booked I read through others' reviews and wanted to cancel our bookings,but didn't and I am glad we didn't. The people were friendly even though they can't speak English they ry to help. Our stay at the hotel was great. The activities was cooooool we went on the boat ride my word lol we didn't know that we had to ask the didi to ride in after we got the tickets and we had to walk 2km before the ride,just a heads up if you don't have your own transport. Overall, we had a great time. Everyone was friendly. I would honestly go back again. The hotel smells nice and is clean. The food was good too. I can only speak well about this hotel as a foreigner. There was plenty of food to choose from.

We had a bad surprise a soon as we checked in. The room we booked was at a House aside from the hotel (there are thousands of them) and the house have 3 floors, you have to take your luggage up the stairs, depending on which floor you are. The size of the room is much smaller than they say (30-40 sqd meters) cause they show a living room in the pictures, but this is a common area for all the rooms in that house. They have carpet in the rooms and as permitted to smoke, the smell is heavy and dirty and we all got sick from sleeping 3 nights there. Because of that we even left one day before our schedule, loosing the money from the last night we didn’t use. The balcony and bathroom’s doors are glass made, so you get huge light inside the all night. We asked some fabric to try to cover it, but didn’t help much. The outdoors activities are fun, and the staff is very organized and helpful. It’s worth to visit a day, not to sleep in. I’m very disappointed with our experience. One more thing that bothers us is that every morning after breakfast they gave treats asking for us to write good reviews.

The hotel was amayzing... we had great holiday. The service of the hotel stuff was exelent ,they didnt talk in English but they add me on Wecheat and help me in everything i ask. We travel with 7 years old and 2 years old and booth had good activities . Also around the hotel have alot of adventure for older kids and adoult that was supper fun and chalanging . We enjoy and defenntly we recoment for this hotel for familes with kids that are in different age.

The hotel is in a very nice location, but quite outdated. Housekeeping is actually only doing your bed, but not cleaning the Room. The Restaurant is an absolute disaster, advertising German Beerfestival , running out of beer before they close down. Breakfast buffet is just for Chinese Customers, besides bacon and egg nothing else for Foreigners. Overall we enjoyed our stay mainly due to the activities offered for young and old.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

Our favorite hot springs spot so far! Starting from the check-in, it was nice and fast, the staff were very helpful, we could contact them anytime through wechat if there was any questions, they help to call a car if you need also. Breakfast was as well great! A lot of different varieties of food, asian and western cuisine. A lot of different hot springs and swimming pool which can be a bit cold in the winter time. Seafood dinner was just amazing! Not only seafood, but beef, chicken and other different food! There is a tracking path 15 min away from the hotel, if you feel like you need adrenaline you definitely should do that 😄 Location is amazing, can walk around the area, views are amazing!

The location of the hotel is amazing, it’s in the middle of the nature. It’s spotless. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Zou Yingjiao took special care of us. She helped us like a personal assistant during our stay. The restaurant of the hotel serves excellent meals. The restaurant manager Winnie assisted us in person. She took special care of us. We loved the sea food buffet and the breakfast. Thanks to these wonderful people we had an amazing hot spring vacation. The room was very big and clean. We had a bathtub, a shower and a private hot spring pool. The bed was very comfortable. The house keeping team was very helpful they even brought us a heater. Our only disappointment was some of the hot spring pools were closed due to maintenance other than that everything was amazing.
