Saya sering menginap di hotel ini untuk urusan pekerjaan. Stafnya sangat baik dan membantu. Terkadang ada barang yang hilang di beberapa kamar seperti tempat sabun atau meja kopi, jadi semuanya tergantung pada kamarnya.

Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman, kamarnya nyaman, tanggung jawab dan layanan hotelnya juga bagus. Hotel ini jauh dari transportasi, jadi Anda perlu taksi atau menyewa mobil. Sarapannya lumayan. Kamarnya tidak memiliki sandal dan pengering rambut harus diminta.

All was good until i realised that i cannot charge the phone coz of the old socket. Reception sent me to buy adapter to the shop.

It's just reasonable price and manageable conditions. If you are staying for a short time and save money, it's ok. A bit noisy but clean room.

When we arrived to check in at 3pm our room still not ready ,the lady in reception ask us to wait and we wait more than a hour which is make us feel not good, they need to improve services

She arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony. On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children. We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.

The staff is very friendly and supportive, but there should be a hair dryer in room and pest control is needed as few cockroaches was playing around the locker.. another thing that I booked a room with king size bed but at the checkin time no room was available with king size bed.
