Rate 1.5/5 Location: location is great, just right next to the shopping malls. Room condition: this place was the worst that I’ve ever stayed in China in the past 2 weeks. The room was very old and dirty, looked very different from their advertisement. The only thing that looked clean was the bedsheet. I also attached some pictures so you can have idea. There were more dirty spots than I could take pictures. This place needs to be fixed and deep cleaned. Price: I booked for 5 nights which was around 2700 CNY. I ended up staying only 1 night and asked for the refund due to false advertisement. They charged me for around 994 CNY for 1 night. They should have had a better solution for this because it was not customer’s fault.

Excellent value for money. However won't be booking again due to volume people waiting for the elevator all the time. Check in has the wrong apartment listed. Room was great and comfy with amazing views.

Location is fantastic, great ceiling to floor windows and view but the condition of the unit is quite shocking at first. Very different from pictures. Shower in toilet has a low ceiling and the ceiling is mouldy. The cleaning is fine but toilet feels small and dirty because of stained marks. We tried to use the mall toilet as much as possible except for showering. Shower glass is plastic and has many watermarks. The main door frame looks unstable and it makes one wonder if it can withstand any force. It is a big place for this price but has to manage expectations if you are looking at pictures only.

Located just next to Greenview Planet Mall.. This hotel is super convenient with few shopping malls a stone throw away. Check in was a bit troublesome but that's ok. The apartment is old but quite well kept. Do note that this is not a hotel and hence does not have a Hotel Lobby.

It was th most comfortable apartment I seen in Guangzhou. The staff is kind and always ready for help. The room is clean. Bottle of water provided.

The room was poorly maintained. The floor boards were loose, paint was peeling, and there were other damages.

Room was worn out in bad condition, even has some kinda pee smell. It was bad for me as i am travelling with kids and elderly parents. However reception allowed us to refund and check out early as i couldnt accept the condition of it. Location was good and price was good though.

Housekeeping is great. All amenities were as listed including laundry detergent. Location is literally footsteps away from Grandview Mall which offers a lot. Also many nearby malls, restaurants, gym, you name it. Biggest thing for me is that I accidentally booked a day less than needed. They couldn’t get in touch with me and I was in Shenzhen. On the way back for checkout, (the next day) I found out. They cleared my whole room and safely placed all my belongings including my computer in the front office. They did not charge me extra and were still polite.

The location was good. Right in the center of shopping malls and restaurants. JW Marriott is just next door with Starbucks attached. The downside is that the shower heater doesn’t provide unlimited hot water and have to wait for a while for it to heat up.
