Not bad .. they can be like here maybe .. . One of good city saigon hochimin.. huge city hochimin.. saigon is so so

I arrived in the night so I had to wait another 40 minutes until anyone helps me with checking in. Room stinks. In the room 2 people came in the morning and tried to **** *** (it’s dorm with single beds, I think they were probably no quests but workers otherwise how would they get there in the spare bed). To get a towel you need to pay. The administrator Ryan was very nice and the guy Maxim who was sent for my check in too.

The reception and staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean. We found the beds were comfortable and balcony room was nice :) We are a couple backpacking and we would stay here again.

Convenient location near the center. Friendly staff and clean. The staff is always ready to help. You can get a guidebook in the hostel and buy a SIM card if needed. The price of a bed is very cheap. Thank you!

Not satisfied with the service, need to wait more than 3 hours after the check in time to get in to the room

The location was good for me.Many local foods are here around this hostel and I enjoyed it.

Great location but had have problems in checking in. Seems like they over booked.

The dirtiest place I have ever seen. A hotel that has nothing to do with the photos. They force us to stay in even worse places by selling rooms that don't exist and saying it was a mistake. They offer to give us only one bed even though we bought a room for 4 people. They searched for cheap and bad places around until 8 pm. These people cannot be hotel managers. They victimize many people by saying it was a mistake because the owner is a woman and they have a brazen attitude. Bad people, bad hotel, very bad management. All the walls of the room they want us to stay in are cracked and unsafe. No one even knows about hygiene. There is not even water to drink. And having to pay the highest price in Vietnam to stay in such a bad hotel makes you feel stupid. Please look at the photos I took in the room.

When we arrived at 2pm, they kept us waiting until 4pm. However, we had booked 3 rooms but were given only one room. They suggested we move to another hotel. We had no choice but to cancel our booking. The hotel manager agreed, but the money I had paid in advance for the 3 rooms has not yet arrived.

The room is dirty, no one cleans it Trash, stuff all over the place Blankets not washed Itchy all over

The reception staff are very friendly. There are many living resources nearby. It is in a lively urban area with convenient transportation. It is not far from the airport. You can stay nearby all day and it is very quiet to sleep at night.

I work at a hotel in Japan. I was a little worried about security at this hotel. I don't know if the people sleeping in the lobby were guests. By the way, the staff are always sleeping, so you have to wake them up gently before asking for a favor.

I don't really recommend it.
