Hotel tua, hanya bisa dikatakan cukup memuaskan. Selebaran kamar dan lembar layanan tersebar di atas meja, yang berantakan. Sakelar dan papan indikator di dinding buram dan tidak dapat dibaca dengan jelas, dan tidak akan diganti, benar-benar tidak sebanding dengan harga kamar! Hal yang paling tidak bisa dimengerti adalah menginap di hotel biasanya untuk bisnis atau pariwisata, dan sebenarnya ada selebaran pusat penitipan ibu dan anak di kamar, yang benar-benar membuka mata saya.

Rooms were spacious but had a slight smell of smoke and old carpet. Location was good for work but not close to attractions.

Very specious, very clean, they even have Korean speaking staff so it was wonderful experience. I will definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed delightful stays with friendly staffs and good facilities. There’s a mall area nearby the hotel so very convenient to get some food or snacks from convenience store. Highly recommended

It is my first time staying in this hotel. Very close to our sale manager’s home and very convenient to me. To be honest, I don’t know it is a Japanese owned hotel. It is very clear and quiet. The lobby manager is very hospitable and friendly. I would like to choose this hotel next time. No pictures, sorry!

Little bit out of Guangzhou center but still easy to reach. Clean, well organized, good location. We stayed in a family room with some toys, tent in it.

Excellent service and room condition. If were to give a suggestion to strive for higher level, I hope the breakfast timing can be adjusted to earlier time maybe 6 or 6:30 am onwards

Very clean and organised hotel. But was a little disappointed thst they didn't have a concierge to help with day tours. Will stay there again.

Comfortable stay. Very Spacious room with a touch of Japanese style, some parts need refreshment tough. Breakfast buffet is fine and the restaurant environment is great. Room service is on point to keep the room always clean.

This Hotel was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff all spoke English and were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and relaxing. It had a great tub! Breakfast was lovely and had a great variety. I will definitely stay there again.
