Great price for the location, most staff can’t speak English . Walking distance to station ,Lawson , shrine , restaurants & a local park .

The hotel has a convenient location near the train station, making travel easy. Food options are plentiful in the area. However, the Onsen is quite small, and since the hotel is next to a main road, noise can be an issue at times. The rooms are on the smaller side, but overall, the cleanliness and service are satisfactory.

Hotel room is comfortable. Location is near to Kanazawa Station. We had a great stay.

The first night our room had a bad smell. The second night our water turned yellow. Now normally I am vert reasonable, things can happen. But when I let them know, they where not surprised. I got a new room, but it was very inconvenient. I had to get up early the next day, but because of the water situation I had to pack all of my things and move rooms. This takes time and for that I wanted a little compensation.

Perfect location at a really reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious, and we could enjoy the public bath as well.

The location and Public bath and room is good. We stayed in Annex Building, there is a Yakiniku restaurant in the ground floor in the evening the smell is very strong.

Hotel was a short 10 minutes walk from the huge station. Check-in and -out was simple, amenities are available for pick up at the ground floor if necessary. Staff was ready to assist with my queries, helping me check online when I received an earthquake alert.

Parking onsite and is just outside the hotel. This makes it very convenient. Better to reserve to secure a lot when booking this hotel. Everything was good. Only down side is the air conditioning system in the rooms is centralised and cannot be controlled. When we stayed there for 2 nights, they had already switched from air conditioning to heating the rooms. The day we arrived, it was warm so the room was hot. We turned off the heater and opened the windows to let in some cool fresh air. Fortunately the 2 side panels of the windows could be opened. We slept through the night with opened windows.

Hygiene provided was below standard ,full of dust in bathroom , after first day clean up , room table hadn’t cleaned and still sticky , no extra garbage bags was replenishment even we stared DONT DISTURB . When we went out , the room cleaner just open the door and went away without security concept as we still had luggages left in the rooms .Air cond. was stopped without  feasible adjustment when the weather was not cold

One of the few hotels which can fit 3 adults in a room! Located within 10 minutes from the JR Kanazawa Station and not too far from the fish markets. The hotel has friendly staff and is very clean. There is also a public bath available for guest to use in the North Tower. Will recommend if you are travelling with family.
