Ulasan The Kitano Hotel Tokyo

Jarang sekali menemukan kamar sebesar ini di Tokyo. Rasio harga/kinerjanya sempurna. Kamar ini juga nyaman untuk bepergian. Stasiun kereta bawah tanahnya bisa dikatakan berada tepat di depan pintu hotel. Penjaga pintu di pintu masuk hotel selalu sopan dan berdedikasi. Resepsionis dan staf kebersihan sangat perhatian. Lain kali saya datang ke Tokyo, saya akan tetap memilih untuk menginap di sini. Saya berharap hotel ini dapat selalu mempertahankan standar dan kualitas yang baik.

it has been raining over the few days when we were in Tokyo. I have been reading a lot of review before deciding on Kitano hotel. our deciding payoff as we consider this is one of the best hotel we have stayed in Tokyo as the room is spacious and full of amenities. the hotel breakfast is also very classic althougth only 2 choices (either a japanese or western breakfast). the staffs at the hotel is very polite and helpful. thank you to the hotel management and wish you have a properous business

Have been really disappointed by the level of service of this hotel. Arrived at 08.00 for business trip, asked to take a shower and it was not possible. Next day, I asked to clean my suit, not possible before 3 days later. And this morning, asking for a coffee at 09.30… not possible ! Nor sure from where the 5* come from … but I won’t come back.

Amazing hotel with excellent location relative to all the main areas of attraction in Tokyo. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with amazing amenities within the room. Only one small minor issue is that the mattresses are extremely firm so it may take getting used to.

Very enjoyable stay. Location was not the most central and nearer to business center. Noise from the road is also quite audible. But otherwise everything was perfect.

都很好，工作人員很熱情，酒店附近就有地鐵站，房間打掃也很乾凈和及時。就是有2個小問題，1/我住的這個房型很好很大，但是靠近高架，隔音效果不是很高，如果對睡眠要求比較高不建議住這個房型，因為它每層樓的房號是一樣的，且衹有一間。（我們想換房時，工作人員是這麼説的）2/如果連住不建議定早餐，因為酒店不是自助餐式，每天衹有歐式和日式的套餐，內容幾乎不變， 變的衹有小麪包，因為我們連住4天，真的吃膩了。以上是給大家的一些入住小貼士，其他都很不錯哦。

在永田町地鐵站的一個酒店，在寒假的時間不算太貴，地點也不錯，房間算大的吧，我們很滿意，就是攜程價格，建議不要選帶早餐，選了早餐就是按照酒店價格加上去了，酒店早餐不是自助的，衹提供那種一份一份的，有日式和歐式還有小童餐可以選，一點不好吃，還要200多人民幣，我覺得太不值了，關鍵早餐人非常少，吃的很拘謹，樓下有個咖啡廳，200塊都能搞定一家人了，日本吃的真的不太貴。不喜歡那的早餐還因為第一天早上被鄙視了，因為匆忙沒換鞋子就穿了個拖鞋出來，其實我平時在國內住酒店吃早餐很少穿拖鞋，就算温泉酒店早餐，我都沒穿拖鞋，結果就那天穿了，結果被他們服務員輪番説了幾次，一個年紀大的短髮的女服務員一臉鄙夷，看到她撇了一下的眼睛，真的氣到了，所以給服務員扣倆星

房間 2 張 1.5m 寬的大床，有🛁和淋浴房，每天泡澡很舒服。設施新，房間也夠大，有 2 個水斗。每天有飲料和礦泉水供應，提供英國著名品牌的洗浴用品。每天早上陽光曬到房間令人醒來就心情愉快。地理位置是鬧中取靜，離最近地鐵口就 1 分鐘路程。去銀座 3 站，表參道 2 站路。酒店出門右轉 3 個 Block，左轉就是赤阪見附，那裡都是酒吧餐廳，國際化程度高。所以無論交通、生活都非常方便。這裏服務也不錯，還有前台有中文服務。非常滿意。 照片拍得不太好，其實很明亮😟

住了三次北野，最後一次衞生非常非常差，床單被套枕套下全是頭髮和不明毛髮，不會有下一次入住 ，非常令人失望

房間很大，乾淨衞生。地點特別好，樓下就是地鐵站，距離銀座三站地，表參道兩站地，樓下還有7-11便利店。房間每天都打掃的特別乾淨。

東京酒店不便宜，緊挨着自民黨總部，一路都是銀杏樹，金黃的葉子撒滿地，citywalk很有感覺。房間很乾凈、設施完善、精緻又不顯複雜。我住在靠着高架的一側，雖然窗户層層隔音，遇到性能車還是有一點吵。總體很好，值得再次入住。

酒店、房間裝修比較日式、素雅，很喜歡這種風格，跟大倉很像；地理位置非常好，下樓出門就是地鐵站，有個便利店和一家提供高性價比便餐的咖啡廳；服務也很好，每天基礎打掃房間後，晚上六點左右還會再來更換一次備品~總體來説非常滿意，值得這個價錢，也是之後來東京的住宿首選！
