It’s a ok hotel with everything there. Very close to the mtr station but rather far away from sightseeing places and food.

My experience was amazing in this hotel, i was stunned by its beautiful room and it felt luxurious. I don’t have any bad experiences. Our rooms were all clean including the bathroom. For this price, this hotel is a wonderful choice. Just go for it!!! The only things is it’s not in the main city but metro right down the hotel, just its not a problem.

Room is new and comfortable, very trendy design and a beautiful hotel. A lot of room amenities are provided and they are good quality amenities, like Evian Water and drip coffee. Good selection of breakfast and pretty tasty food. Staff is helpful and friendly, one staff offered me a cup of tea when he saw me sitting at the lobby. My stay have been overall very pleasant except for a few caveats as below: Aircon have a bit of knocking initially when running, but was ok after a while. When aircon is running, blinds knock against the wall from the wind, but can be pushed to the side to prevent it from knocking. Sometimes water can be heard running through the pipes, but it generally stops after about 10pm. These are generally easily rectified and I have feedback to the staff and they will do their best to rectify this. For a new hotel, I find it very good and I will come back to stay again.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, kind and accommodating and they tried their best to assist in any means necessary. Excellent service with a smile and the entire hotel was very clean and tidy

辦入住的女前台服務很好，原本訂了間雙床房，但電視壞了，所以給我們換了兩間大床房，房間很大，還有浴缸，電視畫質也很好。只是一進門就看到有一袋垃圾在那，沒打掃乾淨，有點影響觀感，而且早上隔壁房有點吵

不論是酒店大堂的設計還是房間裏面格局都是我喜歡的風格👍第一次住，體驗感很好✌也是因為跑黃埔馬拉松🏃♀️，酒店價格沒有因為馬拉松漲價，這也是我第一次遇到👍👍👍，延時退房到下午四點，這是我最期待的🥰🥰🥰酒店前台X工號美女服務很周到，臨退房前問我要不要喝下午茶🍰🍮☕🧋🥤，酒店免費，可以喝到五點，太棒了！有機會下次還來住😊😊😊

非常一般，尤其前台那個姐姐服務意識有待提高的，是怎麼能每句話都那麼冷冰冰的，態度極度欠佳，説想換房，整個溝通都讓人極度無語，説補差價，沒説價格沒説優惠就讓我去前台辦理前台付款，我説攜程優惠更大為什麼我要去前台多給差價呢，最後才説前台可以給早餐，就是很無語，整個溝通，都讓人極度不適，換房後還是升級的房間，進去淋浴室全是水，實在是不想過多説了，但是客房阿姨態度很好，值得點贊。

房間很大，裝修得不錯，加上小度智能助手，很方便，性價比很高。餐廳自助早餐的種類很豐富，也含在房費裏了。門口就是地鐵站，交通也方便。服務態度也恰到好處。總得來説這次是驚喜之選。
