location is very central, convenient to get to both line 4 and line 6. however, room is dirty (used tissue hidden behind door) and amenities was lacking (only disposable towel was provided). there was a projector but even free to air channels could not be viewed. would only recommend for the convenience

Helpful staff, perfect location. However hotel is just not equipped for winter. Water temperature inconsistent and tiles that were installed on bathroom floor were freezing, no effective heating in the room as well. Would not recommend this during winter. Summer maybe okay.

Nice and clean, very good place to stay to visit Suzhou. They extended our stay because of the typhoon, very kind staff.

Hotel is very good, overall. The hotel facilities are very clean and it has clearly been recently refurbished. It's conveniently located in the modern city centre, around 15 minutes from the nearest Metro station. None of the staff that I encountered spoke much English, but they are very helpful. The Hanfu rental was great, and is highly recommended if you're planning to visit the Garden of the Humble Scholar or other historic sites around the city. I'd seen other reviews suggesting that rental was limited to one outfit per room, but myself and my travel companion were both able to rent clothes (note, though, that no male clothes are available). Xinxin the cat is also very cute.

The room was pretty nice, but no elevator. However the staff are quite helpful and can bring your luggage. They have many traditional activities at the hotel. And the Location is perfect!!!!

表揚表揚，前台小姐姐非常好，房間也乾淨整潔，很温馨，榻榻米式床鋪，格局佈置很漂亮，一樓有花園式休息區，有免費的紅棗薑茶，各類書籍，還有一排漂亮的漢服，可以拍照打卡了非常出片。出門就是商業步行街，各種飯店與小吃……步行就可以逛有名的平江路，怡園，拙政園等各種園林，出行遊玩非常方便

真的是一家很好的酒店！店內環境很好，裝修的風格很簡單明亮！特別適合拍照，店內有一個特別可愛的小貓叫心心，特別乖連睡覺都給摸！我跟我朋友來的比較晚，店裡服務員還打電話確認我們什麼時候到，給我們留房間！來到之後還給我們接薑茶喝，他們每天自己現煮的！服務真的很好，能滿足的都儘量滿足，非常感謝🙏而且酒店位置也很好，在市中心去哪都特別方便！房間都是一次性用品！這個點特別好，非常乾淨衞生！特別喜歡！下次來玩還繼續住！而且離穀子店也特別近很好逛😍

酒店很温馨小巧，12月的蘇州已經冷了，但是酒店前台的妹妹和房間都很温暖（酒店主動提供了耳塞，但是我沒用上）~酒店在觀前街，距離主要遊玩地點都不遠。酒店周圍很多吃的，買特產也很方便~趕上元大昌一年一度的冬釀酒銷售時段，還參與了一把限號排隊買酒~下次來蘇州，這裡會是我的首選。旁邊的蠻好閣菜包子太好吃了，怒買16個和我一起飛回家，真的好好吃啊;蘇州肉包子甜甜的肉餡我實在是很難適應，拒絕。酒店不遠有家喬杉杉牛肉米線，也很不錯，酸湯的不會辣，開胃。

平時訂連鎖比較多但是蘇州煙雨江南就想定個民宿感受一下，花築是我一直會選擇的品牌，確實不負所望，去的時候比較晚，酒店會聯繫問幾點到，因為家人腿腳不便不好爬樓，還幫忙升級了房型，住着很舒適，老母親很喜歡，可惜停留時間太短了，不然能好好感受蘇州

前台小姐姐特別好，人很好，特別熱情。 住宿環境也很乾凈，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。 酒店位置挺方便，出門走幾步就是地鐵，下樓就是觀前街，下回還來！

前台小姐姐超有意思的，地址在觀前街裏面，去哪裡都蠻近的。 店裡還有一衹貓貓，超乖~ 環境很好，房間打掃的也很乾凈，東西都是一次性的，輕微潔癖患者表示滿足。 下次和休息來蘇州還會來訂這家！好評！~ 🤗🤗

房間挺寬敞，前台小姐姐超級nice！有免費的漢服可以租借，穿出去玩了一天，好看好看！民宿的小貓也超級温順，可rua，來蘇州旅行可以來這家，性價比超高🥰
