Ulasan Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaş

Self service coffee machine not working at breakfast. electromagnetic door lock not working upon checking in. It took us over an hour to check in and settle in. Assigned rooms on separate floors for a single booking and when I request same floor they downgraded my room to a garden view without explaining the room availability. There was no apology received from the rude and racist receptionist. She even threatens to cancel my reservation. I have never experienced anything like this throughout my travel in turkey.

Hotel is beautiful. The location is very nice. We felt like the sheets pillows did not smell fresh and were not up to par. Everything else was great. 

Excellent hotel, everything as in the photo, the most stylish on the peninsula. Our room was not big but stylish and comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel is very helpful. The breakfasts are good, you will not go hungry. We had dinner in the restaurant, the menu and the selected dishes were not impressive, there is something to work on. On the territory there is a large swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, there is a private beach but it is not close to walk but there is a shuttle. Overall, we were pleased with the stay, I recommend!

This hotel has the best facilities in the room we have stayed in so far, with a private swimming pool. The downside is that you need to take their shuttle bus to the beach or drive about 3 minutes to get there. This hotel only has a public swimming pool and restaurant, where you can watch the sunset, but it feels a bit scary that it doesn't have its own beach. Their beach is shared by three hotels, but the sunset is also very beautiful. There is a local restaurant next to it that locals love to eat. It's a 2-minute walk and is just behind the hotel. You often need to make a reservation in advance. It is recommended.

Overall, we liked the hotel, but the suite looks very strange. The room has a kitchen, a hob, a refrigerator, and a kitchen sink. Everything suggests that you can cook for yourself, and we really counted on it. But the hob doesn't work, and there are no kitchen utensils in the room. When we asked the administration to provide a frying pan, saucepan, and other utensils, they refused.

The hotel has a good environment, is very quiet, and has good service. The little boy in the guest relation is very friendly, and the restaurant waiter service is also very good. Except that the room is a little small, everything else is very satisfactory. If the room can be bigger, I will stay another night 😊

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kas turned out to be a real disappointment. We had booked a room with a sea view in advance, but in fact we were placed in a room with a view of bushes and garbage bins! This discrepancy with expectations immediately caused indignation, and we contacted the reception with a request to solve the problem. Instead of offering an adequate solution, we were offered to move to a room with a sea view only for an additional fee of 50 dollars. This is despite the fact that the cost of accommodation was already 20 thousand rubles per day. Such an attitude towards customers and an openly greedy approach are simply unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 4-5 star hotel. We found ourselves in a difficult situation: it was impossible to refuse to check in, since in the middle of the season it is almost impossible to find an alternative, and we could simply be left on the street. The staff was absolutely indifferent and showed no interest in helping, clearly preferring to make money on guests rather than solve the problem. The hotel is absolutely not worth its money, and its work leaves an exclusively negative impression. We will not use this service in the future and will recommend all our friends to avoid both this hotel and TRIP.COM, so as not to end up in a similar unpleasant situation. We attach a photo of what we were "offered" instead of the promised sea view.

Nice hotel

Not bad, I got a free room upgrade. I recommend it to friends who drive themselves, because it takes ten minutes to drive to the town. The environment is OK, the breakfast is OK, there are many cats downstairs, it should be good if you live in a bigger room. I visited the villa room. I thought the drinks in the room were free, but I was charged when I checked out. The hotel restaurant is open 24 hours, the dinner tastes average and the price is expensive

The service at this hotel is just flirting, the facilities are ok, the breakfast is terrible, the sofa bed makes your legs stick out, the bedding is very simple, the room is big but there is nothing.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a sense of design. The restaurant faces the sea. The staff is very good and enthusiastic.

The service was very good, especially Betul, who was very enthusiastic. From the introduction of the location to see the sunrise and sunset when checking in to the room, the other restaurant staff were also very nice during breakfast. They would ask if you want coffee and fried eggs and then bring them over. When you leave, they will give you water and wet wipes and carry your suitcases to the car to see you off. It was a very comfortable experience. The hotel is very new and well designed. The room is not too big. If two people stay in, the king-size bed room will have more space than the twin bed room

Hygiene: Because it is a newly opened hotel, the hygiene is clean. Environment: There is no picture of the environment, it looks this big. Service: The service is generally so-so. The weather was average when I went there, so I didn't feel that the hotel was particularly beautiful.

A new stylish hotel, with a very nice private beach, to which a shuttle takes you. The staff always tries to help and make your stay enjoyable. Delicious varied breakfast and restaurant. 5+
