服務非常好，特別是Betul，很熱情。從入住介紹看日出日落的位置到帶到房間，吃早餐的時候餐廳其他工作人員也都很nice，會問你要不要咖啡和煎蛋再送過來，離店會給水和濕巾把行李箱搬上車目送客人離開，體驗很舒服。酒店很新，設計感很好，房間不算太大，兩人入住的話大床房會比雙床房空間更大一些

非常非常不推薦！這家在卡什算中上價位的酒店了，但是服務極差，到前台辦入住的時候就説他們沒有收到攜程的付款，讓我聯繫攜程，不然就要再收我一次房費。 馬上聯繫攜程，等待溝通後，攜程回覆説是酒店自己忘了供應商網站的密碼。 入住後房問非常小，箱子都打不開，衹能堵在門口打開。這個價位來説性價比極差！ 有接駁車可以去到一個海灘，海灘挺美的，但是把我們送到那裡之後，讓我們回來的時候打電話給前台叫車來接，結果我們和同伴一共打了5次電話，都沒有等到車來接，高温天氣等等得都要中暑了…… 千萬別住這家

酒店硬件滿分，view也好，早飯也不錯 但是服務也太差了吧 晚上要了水 到第二天也沒送 晚飯也是 上菜奇慢 且沒啥服務 還有15%以上的服務費 我真的會謝

It’s my second time stay in this hotel, I definitely love it, even there had a little confusion while we were check-in, just need to be aware when you choose the rooms and the number of the guests, the best room is the premium corner sea view room, and overall the hotel is very beautiful. Mr.Can he is one of the best staff, sweet and friendly! They have amazing beach club you must go!

despite very good rooms and product they use, the service and the behaviour of the staff was awful . When we arrive nobody welcomed us even said hello. we booked a table at asian restaurant and order a bottle of wine along with the food, we ate all starters and first course and ask what happened the wine which should have been served 10 minutes before the food , The answer was the guy went to the an other bar to get the wine 10 minutes later the waiter came and said they run out of the wine we ordered. 2. day house keeping people change the towels but they did not take the dirty cubs and glasses also they did not refresh the minibar as well. when my friend made a comment about the weakness of the hotel and the management, the general manager was sunbathing all the time , the general manager threatened him for law.

it is a fantastic nice hotel. I highly recommend it if you like Kaş then Radisson blu is the best choice you can make. there are more restaurant options. i loved the asian restaurant terrasu-shi. the service is at a high level. they also have a restaurant by the sea where you can sunbathe and swim. there you should try pide (Turkish pizza).

Room cleaning must be overwieved. Personal must be better organized. Pillows and bed must be reviewed

PERFECT PLACE! And stuff is amazing! View! Hotel is so beautiful and clear! Fresh! So enjoyable time here! Definitely gonna back soon! The food swimming pool! Good beach of hotel ! The restaurant also so tasty and serves stuff paying attention of every detail

Just great - extremely professional, attentive and caring staff. Relaxed athmosphere and very quiet at night, shuttle service to the beach & partner hotel.

Great hotel, very pleasant, kind and helpful staff. Bedroom contemporary, but limited view from bedroom, which we expected. Fabulously comfortable bed. Good facilities. Excellent breakfast selection. We only had one night here but wish we had longer.
