We bought some watermelon at the market, and when we returned to the hotel, the owner was incredibly welcoming, bringing us plates, a knife, and even cutting the watermelon for us! The accommodation was nice, the room had a balcony, which was convenient for washing and drying clothes, and it was well-ventilated! I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance to come back!"

"This review is actually more about Radisson Blu Kas than Novva Hotels Kas, as we ended up staying at Radisson Blu. We arrived in Kas late at night and found that Novva Hotels Kas was closed: there was no staff on site and the reception was not operating. Since our stay had been prepaid, the situation was quite unpleasant and stressful after a long journey. We contacted the reception through Trip.com, and the agent explained that due to technical reasons the hotel was temporarily closed, and guests were being accommodated at the neighboring Radisson Blu Kas. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which was the main downside of the experience. Luckily, Radisson Blu is located very close by, and from that point on everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room with a stunning sea view (we had originally booked a sea-view room at Novva). The service was outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I cannot really comment on Novva Hotels Kas itself, as we did not stay there, but Radisson Blu Kas exceeded our expectations. It seems that the two hotels may be operating in cooperation. Overall: — the only negative was the lack of prior notice about Novva being closed; — the service and hospitality at Radisson Blu were excellent. If judging by the actual stay experience, everything was great :)"

"This hotel is considered relatively large in Kas. My wife and kids were very satisfied. The location is excellent, right on the edge of town. The Andifelras Ancient Theatre is a 5-minute walk away, or you can walk there from the hotel parking lot (2 minutes uphill). The pier is a 7-8 minute walk. Turn right out of the hotel, go downhill, cross the road, and you'll find a popular photo spot. The rooms are in a Greek resort/guesthouse style, with facilities comparable to a 2-3 star hotel in China. The bathroom is basic. Service is clean and attentive, though not overly enthusiastic. The hotel provides bottled water; you can refill it at the water dispenser downstairs. Cold drinking water is also available. Beach towels are provided free of charge at the front desk. Breakfast is average, with freshly baked pizza. However, for Chinese guests, besides milk, bread, eggs, and fruit, there's not much else to eat. The restaurant has an unbeatable view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel has its own parking lot; they will help with parking for first-time guests. Luggage delivery service is available. Many Chinese guests stay here; I recommend staying here!"

"This is definitely not a 4* hotel. Even the manager admitted that major works need done. The spa was closed which was big disappointment when the wind was so strong one couldn’t swim in the sea. We weren’t told about that by our tour company. Some of the staff were great but as in most walks of life others don’t see dirt or have any initiative and prefer to be on a mobile. Sad because the views are fantastic and it would be perfect for couples who want peace and quiet. Would liked to have supported the restaurant at night but we were the only ones there and tables not even set. If your on the peninsula be prepared to have to taxi into the Old Town where you will be spoilt for choice. Ex Formula 1 drivers have retired here so we always looked for the more mature gentlemen."

"We stayed in the ocean view suite. The bed was large enough for two adults and one child. The hotel's strengths include beautiful public areas with a dedicated wading pool for children. The downside was that the rooms were a bit old, but the beautiful Mediterranean Sea view from the balcony made us temporarily overlook the room's age. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, which was very important. The service was also good. Overall, we were quite satisfied."
