"For 10 people, women's dorm #400 has one shower, one toilet, and one sink in one room. It's impossible to get through, and it's incredibly dirty. I wish there was a separate sink somewhere. The outlet by bed #6 doesn't work. There are no lamps by the beds. I didn't sleep for two nights because the girl probably snored terribly, and earplugs don't help. The hostel is far from the city. I walked into town because I didn't want to wait for a minibus in the heat. The beaches are difficult to get to, as they're downhill. It's easy to go down the mountain, but then you have to climb back up in the heat. Next to the hostel, on the right side, I found a path leading to the beach with a staircase into the sea."

"Everything was great, except for the cleaning. I submitted my request for the bed linen to be changed several times, but of course, they didn't change anything. The same stain was always there until I went to reception, and they finally cleaned the ashtray, but I still have serious issues with the cleaning. Overall, the room was very nice, only the bed was small. The bed was comfortable, but I think the price was too high. The breakfasts are especially noteworthy; everything you need is there. The Turkish breakfast is excellent, and you can also ask for a fried egg, an omelet, or whatever you prefer."

"No matter where you look at the hotel, it's up to you. First of all, the rooms are very old. The air conditioning didn't work in the first room we were given, it fell on us when we touched it. There is no phone in the rooms, it is impossible to reach the reception. Nothing was done for cleaning for 5 days. I have never experienced such a situation in any hotel I have been to. The only good thing about the hotel is its attentive and helpful staff. We thank Mr. Recep and Mr. Celal, they were very attentive. Unfortunately, the hotel had great potential, but it was wasted."

The room wasn't brand new, which is something to keep in mind if that's important to you, but it was well prepared, clean, and had everything we needed. Check-in went smoothly. The staff were nice people who were always happy to help and chat. The room was cleaned at our request, drinking water was provided, and early breakfast was provided. And by the way, the Turkish breakfast itself was also very tasty every morning. Overall, we had only pleasant impressions. Only one minor problem was the electric did not always connect when putting in room card but was rectified immediately by reception . Breakfast was plentiful and presented well . "Yang saya sukai: + Lokasi. Hotel ini terletak di *****anjung, agak terpencil dari kota. Ada banyak pantai di dekatnya, dan kota ini berjarak sekitar 15 menit naik bus. + Staf. Mereka selalu sangat ramah dan berbicara bahasa Inggris, dan beberapa bahkan berbicara bahasa Rusia. + Kebersihan. Karena saya menginap di hostel dengan 10 orang dalam satu kamar, kamar tersebut cepat kotor. Hal ini diatasi dengan pembersihan harian. Selama seminggu saya di sana, seprai tidak diganti, tetapi semuanya tetap bersih. + Sarapan. Sangat bervariasi dan lezat, ber***a prasmanan. + Suasana. "If planning to stay at this hotel, please do not. We had high expectations based upon the location, price point and Web images, unfortunately reality is somewhat different. Rooms are small, dirty, and tired with small cheap and uncomfortable beds. No housekeeping for 3 nights, we had to ask for basic toiletries etc. We spoke to reception regarding a paid upgrade to bigger rooms (hotel was not full) He laughed and basically said we must stay where we booked! Bathroom was very dirty and black mould everywhere. Room safe was broken, TV did not work, room fridge barely, but AC did fortunately. The restaurant / pool bar is about 5 floors / 120 steps further down the hill. Understandable as a consequence of the location but not referenced as a warning to travellers who might have difficulties with that. Service at the pool bar is disgraceful (unless you wear a bikini) and I twice walked away without service with the young barmen more interested in chatting to the girls than customers - it was not busy!! The restaurant unfortunately fares no better, half the items listed on the menu are not available, including basic wines and beer selection. The kitchen is filthy and has not been cleaned properly in ages. Breakfast is simple and edible. At least the restaurant staff are friendly unlike the rest of their team. Redeeming features include the pool, and location with great views, but unfortunately that's common for all of the many establishments in the same area, and these all seem to have much higher standards based upon our hindsight research. Be warned, and stay away!! "

The only thing - in my opinion, there is a conspiracy of hoteliers in Kalkan, the prices are simply off the charts compared to the rest of the coast. I don't know whose mistake it is, Trip.com or the hotel, but when booking, in the description of services, it is indicated that "spa" is paid separately, but there was no note about additional payment opposite the "Sauna" service. But in fact, the sauna was not included in the room price."
