Hamarat Otel

It was the perfect hotel and location for my mini vacation in Kas. Room was clean. Great views. I definitely recommend.

Lovely small friendly hotel. Clean and well presented with friendly staff. Loved the fact it was out of the centre so peaceful quiet and stunning views across the bay. Got a taxi into the town at night which took less than 5 and cost a couple of pounds. Staff in the hotel couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast was excellent and great value for money.

In my opinion the hotel has feel of being semi closed, cushions stacked in the dining room and a general feeling of being ‘tired’ The hotel is a dry hotel no alcohol on the premises. Although I drink very little I do like a glass of wine with an evening meal, hence we only has breakfast in the hotel and headed out into Kas in the evenings. Perhaps the chef would benefit if alcohol was serve and customers actual stayed for an evening meal. No snacks or light food was served other than breakfast. My friends do like a lager on holiday so it was even more disappointing that they couldn’t have a drink on the balcony late afternoon. Breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast which was very nice. The hotel has lovely views although a taxi ride in to the main square in Kas where most of the restaurants are gathered and the lovely local shops. The hotel would benefit with a swimming pool as the public beach is a fair walk easy going down but a long slog back up the hill. There is a private beach below the hotel but it was quite expensive and again without a car walking up back to the hotel in the Turkish sun would not be pleasant. The staff were either extremely pleasant and helpful or very quiet and made no eye contact. On the whole I felt slightly disappointed but there are no major issues with the hotel.

Really nice views at an afordable price. This is the type of property where you get what you paid. The check in experience was not great and they dont help you much with indications or anything. We got lost trying to find the parking and there isnt even one sign that shows you where to park. Here clearly they dont understand how the service can improve the experience of the guest. The rooms were clean but really giving you an oldish vibe and more like a motel. Breakfast is good but I dont recommed you to have dinner or lunch here (we ordered a burger and a bolognese pasta) And I can assure was the worst of my life.

Everything was superb, the owner were there at our service 24/7, the staff were friendly, the rooms were all remodeled and very good size, very nice and remodeled bathrooms, amazing ocean view from the room and from the terrace, just an amazing experience from this beautiful hotel, I would recommend it to everyone.

Hotelier virkede lidt uprofessionel. Det var nærmest en pansion end et hotel.

Ребята, а почему никто не пишет про ДОРОГУ?!?!?! Которую все время слышно. По которой все время носятся мотоциклисты. И про то, что пляжа у отеля нет. Хотя на картинках они его показывают с разных ракурсов))) Отсутствие шумоизоляции в номерах…. Плюс в том, что дороговизне слышно только тогда, когда в соседнем номере смывают туалет.

Odaların temizliğinde bir sorun yok. Ama personel çok tecrübesiz ne yapacağını tam bilemiyor arada kalıyor. Mesela kahvaltı esnasında bizden başka oturan yoktu personel de bir şey isterlerse çok yürümeyelim diye hemen yanımızdaki 2 masaya oturdu. Koca bir restoran bomboş bir tek siz varsınız yan masalarda da personel oturuyor. Rahatsız olduk yani. Otele gelirken su almayı unuttuk odaya iki tane 1 litrelik su aldık çıkmadan önce oda numarası istendi adisyona yazıldı. 2 litre suya 40 TL yazdılar. Bu insanı ihtiyaçtır bu da yazılmaz ki artık. Çıkmadan önce de icmememize rağmen yemekle birlikte 2 Türk kahvesi eklenmiş adisyona önceden hesaplamasam onları da ödeteceklerdi tanesi 25 liradan. Genel olarak otelcilikle ilgileri yok bence veya düzgün icra edemiyorlar. Bu fiyat çok fazla bu hizmete.

Posizione incredibile, fuori dal traffico di Kas e con una vista panoramica favolosa sul mare e sulle isole. Camere nella norma, ma spaziose e pulite. Punto a favore la terrazza con lettini e il ristorante, simpatico ed efficiente il ragazzo che gestisce un po' tutto (l'unico che parla inglese)
