Ulasan Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

Average hotel but food was terrible for the amount paid

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. El único defecto es la ubicación, ya que es necesario costear taxis continuamente para ir y volver a la ciudad de Marrakech (250DH-350DH) por trayecto. Por lo demás, personalmente, probablemente el mejor hotel de Marrakech, sencillamente espectacular!

Amazing experience with stunning environment and Atlas view. The swimming pool is great and food is excellent. Service could be faster though. Special note to Juliette from the concierge team. She is the best and she was amazing with us. Also a huge thank you to flan at the swimming pool service.

The hotel and its staff were fabulous. The golfing was some of the best we‘ve seen in Marrakech. The garden suite room was very spacious, the bathroom huge. The terrace comfortable and very inviting in the sunshine. There was nothing that we did not like: our room was clean, inviting, warm, the bed very comfortable, as many pillows as you could want, always fresh drinking water, coffee and tea as much as you wanted and a cleaning crew Fatiha, Khadija and Amal who were fantastic. The breakfast buffet with all its options was copious and delicious. And being greeted every morning with the smile and positive energy of Ilham, very special, sweet and unforgettable. She made the start into our day exceptional. We ate at both the Al Ain and Capriccio restaurants. At the Al Ain Kamal, Aziz and Simohamed were exceptional. Service at a top level, so friendly, so happy all the time, exceptional hosts and nothing was ever too much, explanations about the food, the culture, the live music, we felt spoiled and appreciated as guests and greeted like family every time we went. The Capriccio with Yassine to greet us, fantastic, the food very good. We enjoyed our 10 days here so much, mostly because of the beauty but especially because of the people who work to make our vacation a positive, relaxing and want to come back for more, experience. Thank you for this.
