"Very good located hotel. Good for a short weekend trip or a city trip to Groningen. They have a parking area underneath the hotel which costs extra but generally much less than parking on the streets. The rooms are spacious and have everything thing you need. Would be nice to have a fridge though but all in all everything you need for a city hotel. The service is very friendly they have good recommendations for the city and also plan activities or restaurant reservations if you would like to. All in all 100% recommend for staying in Groningen!"

"We wanted a bath, so we booked a deluxe double room with bath. It was an exceptionally large room with high ceilings. This also made it difficult to get warm. We understood when checking out that their was a second heater in the room. Also the bath was in the room (not in a bathroom and therefore enclosed) and that was not really comfortable as the outside temperature of the room was quite cool. When we stay there again we will stay in a smaller room and then without the bath. What made the stay was the pop-up restaurant in the souterrain. That was really fabulous and different. It offered vegetarian tapas-like menu but really delicious and of high quality. There was also meat options as sides. Everything was really tasty and very reasonable!"

Warm welcome, assistance with the luggage from charming Young lady, check-in seamless not asking for crédit card etc. The room (31) was amazing, well maintained and great amenities. We had lunch in the brasserie and dinner in Nassau. Nassau was outstanding from the decor, the attentive service (with very knowledegeble team knowing and explainning with passion every ingrédient….. and have Great Wine recommendation)…… very rare to experience this. The dishes were amazing, very well presented and a delight to enjoy. Both kitchen crew and service team should be very proud of the outcome and experience they deliver. Well done"
