Ulasan a&o Graz Hauptbahnhof

Location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and a 6 minute walk from Lidl. The receptionists are hardworking, friendly and efficient, whilst the property itself has a communal kitchen to offer guests and inside storage for bicycles. There is naturally a bar and coffee available too, to buy. There is a decent sized common area for working and socialising alongside a pool table and 48 player table football. Lots of books can be found around too. I would recommend 100% as the rooms were spacious and clean with complimentary shower gel. Good value overall.

Portable fans available at the reception, a very sensible approach to guest comfort. Extra points. But far many points off for the shabbiness of the guest rooms, the common areas. I can not tell dirt that won't shift from dirt that no one has tried to shift, and to stay in a place that seems dirty is as unhappy an experience as to stay in one that truly is dirty : Both make for a dreary evening and morning. And . . . every time I stay -- a visit every few weeks ! -- the place appears worse run-down. Depressing. How much does Domestos cost, after all ? Maybe fresh paint is out of the question, but . . . neaten up the picked-away edges of the signage ? To do so wouldn't break A&O.

A tip of the hat to "Markus", desk clerk, who brought my room key up from the Empfang almost before I realised that I had left it there -- a two thumbs down to the decisions not to put either a rubbish bin in the room (only in the bathroom) and not to put a drinking cup, a paper one would have done ! , in the bathroom

It’s so close to the hauptbahnhof that you can find it easy . The facility is clean

We had reserved a room for two but were given a room meant for four. The room felt a bit cramped. Despite the size issue, the room was clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy to explore Graz.

Great place to stay, staff great. Beds comfortable Showers hot,good body & hair wash. Felt safe always, recommended. Ri g ht next to train stop.

Great place to stay for a night, good location, modern, clean… but not for longer stay, missing style & comforts of regular hotel room… Rooms are ok, bit strange colour schema (grayish), also a fresh coat of paint would be needed…

Superb housekeeping of the entire facilities with excellent customer services. Overall, I am impressed with the facility. The services render matched the value of the charges. And I will not hesitate to book a reservation on my subsequent visit to Graz.

The mattresses were too old to use. We stayed two nights and both of us have now back pains. The window mechanism was broken, so I had to push from below to open it. Shower door was broken, I fixed it before using. Heater was really good.

I arrived late and was glad to see the high quality of my room. It was a bit smaller than what I am used to but I am from America so that is to be expected! Anyways, there was still plenty of space. There were a variety of options for breakfast, much better than what I am used to back home. Overall nothing to complain about, good service, clean, and good food.

I slept in a 6 men dorm. At arrival i got everything to cover my bed by myself. Bathroom was in the room, nothing to lock or store your luggage and - as everywhere - a snorrer. As a special event the police stormed our dorm at 2 a.m. to take someone in custody... but i havent had to pay for this extra!
